office was filthy dirty, dr smelled like cigarettes and the girl who cleaned my teeth barely spoke and she hurt me… was then tried to be talked into 2 crowns on old fillings that my old dentist said there was nothing wrong with. going back to my old dentist-it’s worth the 40 min drive

I delayed writing this review because I didn’t want to write it in anger and to give it time (maybe it wasn’t as bad as I thought?). But it was as bad as I thought. As I have moved again and am looking for a new dentist, this came to mind and the fact I am still having problems with a tooth she worked on. I agree with Eileen’s review, 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Similar experience. Had pain after two fillings like I never had before. It has been over a year and I am still having trouble with one. I can’t even verbalize the horrible experience. I usually never just «trust the doctor without questions» for whatever reason I did this time and I regret it terribly. Over diagnoses cavities, very unprofessional, messes up and then acts surprised and not accountable. Don’t go here!!!

The only reason I’m giving one star is because it doesn’t allow me to give none. I went to get a crown. It had to be made twice because it didn’t fit. She finally shoved it in on the third try. It didn’t fit properly then but she filed it down to make it fit. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I saw she filed it down to the silver. When I went back, she pretended to be surprised even though she’s the one that did it. I also had 3 small cavities filled. I kept having pain. I went back 7 times. Each time she filed/​messed around with the tooth but it never got better. She then told me I might need a root canal. What started as a minor issue is now a big problem. The tooth that she did the filling has broken, probably because she messed with it so much. The crown has to be redone. She is refunding the money I paid for the crown but not what my insurance paid. Now I have a lot more work that needs to be done which will have to be paid out of pocket!!! This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had!!! Stay away unless you want to create more problems for yourself!
