Best Nail

I hate to give just 1 star. I usually take care of my own nails. Once in awhile, though, it’s fun to get a «professional» treatment. I liked the part of the pedi where they razor off the dead skin. Other than that, I must say I do a better job on my mani pedi attempts than they did.

I was traveling for work and desperately needed a pedicure. They stayed open late to accommodate me and even helped address an ongoing nail issue. They were friendly, professional and I would recommend them to anyone!

Very sweet and fast! My daughter and just had a pedi/​mani and had a wonderful experience. They also had very good pricing especially for Muncie. Will be back!

I went here with a friend because i had a gift card here. They were friendly and we didn’t have to wait too long to get in a chair. But the guy who was getting my nails started hands were dirty and sticky. He had a bunch of dirt under his nails and he would go back between me and another girl and didn’t wash his hands. The fluffy duster they use on your hands was matted and I saw another girl use the same duster that she dusted my friends hands with to clean off her station. The girl switched with the guy to finish my nails and she was very aggressively filing my hands. I asked her 2 times to file a rounded top and she squared it. Then I asked her again and she tried to correct it but it most of my nails were crooked and way too short because she was filing so fast. I didnt speak up again because there was clearly a language barrier and I couldn’t possibly have any shorter nails. I asked for a line across the top like an outlined french tip and she did a sloppy job none of them were straight. My nails were so thick and digging in to the sides of my finger. My friends nails were equally thick and had the same problem with the sides digging into her skin. I don’t know if there are people who prefer a thick acrylic nail or not but I think it looks and feels unnatural. I paid 27 for a full set that were shorter than the nails i came in with. Very unsatisfied customer and would not recommend this place.

I’m new to Muncie so I wasn’t sure where to go. I tried the nail place at the Mall and it was awful! So I stopped in to get my nails filled and a pedicure. They were very welcoming and didn’t try to up sell a bunch of crap I didn’t need or want! My daughters are 11 and 7 they get their nails painted and they were very accommodating and sweet to my girls! We will be getting our nails done here from now on! We are very happy with the way we were treated and they used all clean tools and cleaned out the pedicure area after we were finished.
