Even one star is too much. I had them clean both the inside and outside and they did a great job based on the tip I left them. And that’s where it went downhill in a hurry. While it’s minor– they busted off the cover of my charging outlet, which sits near the cup holders. Last I knew liquids and electricity don’t like each other. When asked– they had no clue, nor a solution other than calling their boss. Not even an apology. That was a well spent $ 25. Called the owner the next day. Yes I do live out of town, in Michigan, but his suggestion? come in and I’ll take a look at it. No refund. nothing. Of all the car washes I’ve had in my lifetime — I’ve never had something break off inside my vehicle at a car wash…
