HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They do not keep their promises, will not call you back when they promise and will insult you. I ordered apparel well before Christmas, and after calling several times asking where my order was and being talked down to by the owner, I canceled my order. They told me I would be refunded in several days. After waiting two weeks and calling multiple times about my refund, I FINALLY got ahold of the owner. He was cocky and very sarcastic. He made me feel terrible and when I asked him not to be rude he told me he wasn’t rude and I was the one droning on. WOW! I don’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be treated poorly.
