customer service was terrible. the «manager» Pam was unbelievably rude to customers and her staff making the entire experience uncomfortable and unenjoyable. would recommend going to hobby lobby or Walmart.

If only there was a JoAnn’s in Hawaii I wouldn’t need to travel so far to get my craft fix. Although smaller than Hobby Lobby and Michaels, JoAnn’s still has a very extensive supply of paper and paper crafting supplies. I went APE over their 4^th of July sale (40% off all paper crafting supplies) and I hear that they continuously have awesome sales like this. I took 16 paper stacks home in my luggage!
Customer service is seriously lacking, no one greeted me or checked on me to see if I needed help. I didn’t see anyone on the floor, either. The cashier seemed like the only lonely worker in the whole place. Not a big deal if you know what you’re looking for, but if you don’t, not sure if you’re going to find the help you need at JoAnn’s.
