I recently contracted with this company to perform a major plumbing job for my 86-​year-​old mother. I really appreciate the respect they gave in working with her and not trying to price gouge us. Dan and Ben showed respect for her home and, Dan worked with me to ensure we had a fair agreement for handling her going forth.
I strongly recommend Mr. Rooter. It appears they are a very professional and well-​managed organization. I may have been able to get the job done cheaper but I felt the longer-​term relationship with them will be best for my mom’s situation.
