Thad did my mani-pedi. The hand and foot massage alone is worth it. Thad took great care and was very meticulous. I love a perfectionist. Highly recommend and have booked return appointments.

Great experience with Parlour! I was able to get in and out quickly and really loved my cut … I would definitely recommend!

Went there for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Beautiful salon, very clean and chic, especially for Muncie. Booked an appointment only two days in advance. I was greeted immediately upon entering and every associate was polite, kind, and accommodating. I hadn’t had a haircut in years and my stylist Lisa was very kind. She talked me through options on cut and color and really listened to what I wanted. The color I got is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The cut was precisely what I was looking for even though I barely had any specific cut in mind. Prices are reasonable, $ 80 – 90 for a cut and color. My only complaint was that even though I had a 2pm appointment, my stylist didn’t seat me until 2:15. I had shown up ten minutes early so that my appointment would run on time, so I ended up waiting 25 minutes before my consultation. Not a big deal, but the only detractor.

I have going to Nicholle for years and she is by far the best stylist I have ever had. I started seeing her when she was at John Jay and even when I moved to Fishers I would drive back just to see her. She’s always honest and open with her thoughts and I always love the way my hair looks after she’s done. I’ve never had more compliments on my color because she does a wonderful job. I’ll be honest and say I tried a few people in Fishers but none could compare so I went to see her at the new salon she is at, Parlour. I loved the salon from the moment I walked it. It is so upscale looking without being stuffy at all. I told Nicholle that Parlour looked so much better and classy than some salons I’ve been in in Fishers/Noblesville. It’s very inviting and bright and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is always accommodating and when you are there, you aren’t crammed next to someone else. It’s very open but all the stations at at an angle and not crammed to the one next to you so you still feel that private connection with the stylist. If you’re in Muncie(or even if you’re not) come check out Parlour and I know you’ll have a great experience.

Wow! This place is awesome! I am a client of Nicholle’s and she’s been my stylist on and off for the past 8 years. I say on and off because I started going to her in college and I have moved around a bit… from Muncie, IN to Indianapolis, to Laguna Hills, CA! But I always come back to her! And of course I followed her when she moved from John Jay & Co. to Parlour! When I moved to Indy I would make the hour long trip to Muncie because she is simply the best! I searched for new local stylist’s but never found one I liked as much as Nicholle. She just has a way of knowing how to make my hair look amazing! She is always open to any suggestions but honestly I always just leave it up to her. She stays on top of new trends in haircuts, styles, and color. I love that she has her ipad right there with her to show you examples and recommendations. She even uses Pinterest(an online book marking system) which I LOVE to keep somewhat of an «online style book» of haircuts and colors she loves. Now that I live in Orange County California where there are too many salons to even list I still feel an emptiness where Nicholle used to be… Ha! There is a salon that I go to here and it won the local City Search award for best hair salon and the girl I go to does a decent job but she’s just not quite the same. When you have been with a stylist for a while you build a connection… ya know?! I am only able to make it back home to Indiana about 4 times a year(and my folks actually live in South Bend) but you can bet your keester that I book an appointment with Nicholle every time I come home… yeah she’s that good. This new Salon itself is amazing. It’s so… relaxing and calming. It’s simple but stylish and I love the bamboo floors(ahh sustainability). I really like the way the stations are set up here, instead of being seated right next to another client you are kind of set apart at an angle which feels more private yet you can still see what’s going on around you :) The customer service is fantastic. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello and offered a coffee, tea, water, etc… And again while I was waiting under the dryer for my color to process I was offered refreshments and magazines. These things may seem simple but I have been offered nothing at other salons and it’s nice to be pampered a little :) I have only been to Nicholle so this is the only stylist I am reviewing. But I can tell you that one of my dear friends has been seeing Bryce since her college days as well and still pays him a visit whenever she’s in town(she also moved to CA and then to BC Canada). He was always in the station next to Nicholle and every girl/guy that left his station left looking gorgeous. I know that Bryce and a few other started Parlour so I can only imagine that everyone else working there is up to the same par when it comes to styling ability. So if you are looking for an up to date modern Salon that isn’t stuffy but is relaxing, calming and stylish with awesome stylist’s then you should totally check out Parlour. I should have written this review when they first opened but I guess I’m kinda lazy. But I can tell you I only write reviews to those who totally blow me away or seriously disappoint me and Parlour Blew me away :) Oh! and the best part! They are reasonably priced!
