The staff at this Starbucks has always been friendly and very fast at delivering food and drinks! As an added bonus the entire interior of the store was recently renovated! My typical drink is a chai latte with a shot or two of espresso, better known as a Dirty Chai!

This is, without a doubt, the best Starbucks in Muncie! Especially since the renovation, it’s grown up in the sense that it now emanates the same cosmopolitan flair that you get in any of the nice Starbucks in metropolitan areas, such as Chicago. The baristas go above and beyond to prepare whatever you order to your liking and are extremely forthcoming should they mess something up/​forget something. More importantly, I’ve never run into a grumpy staff member here, and Amanda, the owner/​manager, is very friendly as well. I come here a lot to study or just read/​chill (even before the renovation) and it’s usually not too loud unless parents don’t keep their kids in line, which is clearly not the baristas fault. Anyhow, five stars, no reservations! Thanks for being awesome!

I agree with others who have commented that the parking situation is pretty awful and the accuracy is questionable. The last time I came through the drive-​thru here, I got an iced venti soy chai latte… well, that’s what I ordered. What I actually got was an iced venti cup of soy milk. Since I had other places to be, I didn’t bother to go back and have it fixed, but I did stop at Target and get some Tazo chai mix to add in there myself later. The time before, I went with my mom, who ordered a vanilla latte. She got… black coffee. They did make good on it with no questions asked, but seriously.

This Starbucks is nice but it’s continuously busy and the parking never seems to be enough for the demand. The service is good for the amount of people usually being served. Could do a better job of keeping the place clean but I have high expectations as far as that goes. Drink are always correct so that’s a plus.

It’s Starbucks, everyone knows what it is.
Why the five stars? Well, I study here quite a bit, and the baristas are, without exception, super nice and extremely conscientious. If they make a mistake, even if it was because I was mumbling at the drive through, they make it good with a free drink. A few of them are pretty cute, too, and that doesn’t hurt.

Everyone here is so friendly and fast they really have a good culture of folks here.
V: Protien plate anyone? Also Nom-​iful baked goods. Vegan: Soy and rice milk are options.
GF: Other than the drinks we are SOL.
Still it is starbucks whats not to love?

Fast, friendly service. The coffee is Starbuck’s. If you like it, then it’s great. I find them average. But this starbucks has great customer service, so 4 stars.

I repeatedly find this Starbucks to be a bit less accurate and a little less friendly that their Tillitson street counter part. I’ll drive right on past this one now, and to the «good one» as I call it.

I went inside the store to place orders as the drive thru was extremely busy. They screwed up our order this morning and gave us the mistake for free as well as making our drink again. I appreciated the attitude of not wasting the drink. we were on our way to a big meeting so we just gave it to someone else as a «gift».
