Worst experience to date! But, I’m not surprised. First, I had to call three times to get someone to answer the phone to do car side takeout. Then I gave them my order and it was just a quart of chicken noodle soup. And I asked for some bread to go with it. Then the person on the phone proceeds to ask me, «would you like to add some soup and salad with your order?» Ummm, no thank you. Then he asked me what kind of car I was driving. So I told him. Then when I got to Karaba’s I waited for about five minutes before anybody came out to the car. And they asked me if I would like to place an order and I told them I already placed an order on the telephone. He said, «oh they didn’t tell me what kind of car you were driving». SERIOUSLY! So then I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes to get my soup, that is already made, you just have to put it in the bowl, SERIOUSLY! So, long story short it took 20 minutes to get a bowl of soup. Let me emphasize that the parking lot was nearly empty so I know the restaurant was not busy. It really makes me sad that this Carrabba’s has gone downhill this much. They better get their act together or their doors are gonna be closed soon! Not to mention it was over $ 15 for literally 4 cups of soup!

I visit Carrabba’s every time I’m in a city they have a location. The ambiance never disappoints and the food is always delicious. This weekend I had an opportunity to visit the location in Murfreesboro, TN. It’s located in an upscale strip mall area full of shops, bistros, and the such. Every table is served a fresh loaf of baked bread with a spicy garlic dipping oil. The food. I chose the Chicken Marsala. It was a fairy large filleted chicken breast light grilled and covered with a mushroom wine sauce. The sauce had plenty of mushrooms and just a hint of pepper to it. The chicken was accompanied by a double scoop of fresh mashed skin on red potatoes. I must say, mashed red potatoes has an excellent light flavor. The rest of my party had the Carrabba’s fettuccine Alfredo. The sauce was on the rich side but delicious nonetheless. This dish also had sweet peas and broccoli mixed in the sauce. I’d recommend this restaurant for Italian if you’re the area.

I took my girlfriend here for our anniversary. It is her favorite restaurant. We started off with calamari which was delicious then came the sides. She ordered minestrone soup and I a salad which had more than a couple rusty leaves. Her usual dish she orders had been replaced so she tried something new. Chicken pasta dish with mushrooms and broccoli that the waiter at the waiters recommendation. I ordered the Johnny which is a chicken breast with goat cheese on it and a steak covered in mushrooms and gravy. The chicken was great but the steak was cold. Overall not the best meal for the price.

Terrible Service and attitude from staff and management. We have been going to Carrabba’s for years. The food is great, but the management has really let the quality of service go down.

I very much enjoy Carraba’s cuisine. However, this visit was very lackluster and frustrating. My mom and I were one of 5 tables in the restaurant. We received our waters and a serving of bread promptly however, after asking 3 times we still do not receive any lemons. The restaurant did not appear to be short staffed however, we waited for over 60 minutes for food. We weren’t not checked on until after sitting for 30 mins with empty glasses and bread bowl. We were never updated on the status of our meal at any time. I am very unhappy with the service and will definitely question coming back.

We were very pleased with our experience here at Carrabbas! The food was amazingly delicious, the server Marcus was outstanding. As busy as it was on a Sunday night, we had gotten our food within a good 15 min after ordering. Our appetizers got to the table right away, and Marcus made sure our drinks were always filled. Marcus made sure we had everything we needed, and never left us waiting for a thing! I recommend this Restaurant for anyone that is looking for great Italian food. Prices are decent and worth it all!

Not quite worth the calories — Got the arancini, which tasted like a bad version of fried pimento cheese, and the meatballs, pasta, and sauce were bland. The chianti wasn’t even good. I was disappointed since I’d had good meals at other Carrabbas before. The garden salad and bread were tasty, though… Service was very thoughtful.

Solid food, solid service. Nothing spectacular but comparable to a good Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill. The bread was especially good!

My boyfriend and I had gone for a late lunch on Saturday and we were starving! Our waitress Paige was very attentive and very upbeat! We loved her and her great customer service. We started off with the small order of calamari which was the perfect size. It was perfectly fried, not rubbery at all. It was still lunch time but they let my boyfriend and I order from the dinner menu. I got the shrimp and scallop linguine in vodka sauce, it was good but the shrimp and scallops were very tiny. Super tiny in fact. And the noodles still needed to be cooked a little bit more. My boyfriend had the lobster ravioli and it was delicious, I wish I had his dish instead of mine. They came with salad or soup, so we got the salad and they were big salads and tasted great. Lastly we got the tiramisu, which was so amazing. And it was perfect for the both of us.

Bleh! Where do I begin? The customer service was AMAZING ! But my first time experience has been ruined. I had ordered a dish that had lasagna and grill chicken with cheese on it, and by the time I received my food, the cheese on the chicken was not even cheesy anymore it was just rubbery. My lasagna was also room temperature and I went to ask my server if it was possible if they could reheat it, he offered to bring me a new lasagna plate. My assumptions were, my dish was probably ready before my sister in laws dish, but they were waiting to bring it out at the same time. Now my sister in law ordered shrimp Alfredo, and we were just about through with our dishes and that’s when my sister in law found pieces of fish bones in the bottom of her dish! How she discovered it was by almost eating the fish bone. She took it out of her mouth and that’s when it was clear that it was fish bones, and there was more in the dish. YUCK ! Again we had another complaint to our server, it wasn’t as if we was yelling but more of notifying. He told the head chef(again my assumptions) and she came out and told us how terribly sorry she was. We only had to pay for my dish and she also offered free dessert but my sister in law lost all appetite so she didn’t order any. How they handle the situation and our complaints was very professional. But the fact that there was fish bones in the shrimp Alfredo was unforgiving! It questions me to what goes on in the kitchen.

I live in Nashville and always stop at this Carrabba’s while I am in town. Jacob and Patrick are amazing and the food is always so fresh and wonderful. I will always be a fan of this Carrabba’s. The Parmesan crusted chicken and peach sangria are the best!

I have been avoiding this restaurant for a while. They dont serve eggplant parmigiana which is my favorite dish as a vegetarian diner. Well, I recently went for a charity event and tried a new dish. It was quite good! The salad was amazing and the bread was delicious. Best of all, the service was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I feel like Ive been missing out for not going more often.

A great visit today. Our server was Ivan and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. We had the shrimp and scallops ala vodka for our entrees and the mussels for an appetizer. Both of which I highly recommend.

We just left the restaurant and we are all very pleased with the service. Our waiter Parker B was awesome! With a group of 10,(my moms birthday luncheon) he never made any mistake with our orders. The best service ever! The next time we come, I will make sure to ask for Patrick.

So we haven’t been going to Carrabba’s on a regular basis like we used to. We used to LOVE this place. But the last couple times we went it was just not up to par. We’ve noticed they have had a huge turnover of employees. This is sad because it was one of the good places to eat in Murfreesboro.

It’s a chain, and I am sure there are crappy versions of this somewhere, and I am not a fan of chains. But… The food here is legit. Grace, the operator, operates. Staff is well trained, food Is always hot, fresh and consistent. We live three blocks from this one, so have sampled a good part of the menu. Go-to items are the tag pic pac(so simple, so good, every time), the Mahi Wulfe, lasagne and mezzaluna. Chicken park was had on this occasion, and it was excellent. Also home to my favorite dessert, the Dessert Rosa. Whipped crème, butter cake, pastry crème with pineapple and strawberries. Maybe it’s just me… my birthday cake as a kid was a banana split cake and this is similar. And addictive.

Pretty good lunch here. There’s several new menu items to choose from. Some people get snotty about chain restaurants, but we’d be happy with the food we had for lunch here at any restaurant. The good: Shrimp Risotto– shrimp cooked perfectly. The risotto creamy and topped with fresh basil. I tore up the basil & it added a brightness. The Scallops & shrimp. He loved it. I was allowed to taste a bite of scallop. Perfection. The kids food came out first. The less than: The house salad left a lot to be desired. Lettuce, a ton of shredded carrots and two olives drenched in some sort of creamy dressing. I’d have preferred a vinaigrette on the side. The kids tiny pizzas were $ 5.50 each. Severely overpriced, but at least they weren’t previously frozen. For that price they need a fruit cup & dessert to come with the meal in order for us to feel better about it. Our waiter was good. He kept bringing new drinks & in fact took off with my half finished one complete with straw. He was more attentive to my husband than me.
