I had a mechanical problem with my mower. After replacing the drive belt on my deck, I was having difficulty reattaching the deck to the mower, so I called the service department for guidance. The woman who answered the phone told me that the mechanics were too busy to talk to me and I would have to bring it in to get help. This is impossible as it was in pieces. This is where I bought the Kubota mower and have been a loyal customer for many years. Out of frustration I called Brothers Implement Company in Hillsboro, Tn. I was patched through t the service department and spoke directly to a Kubota mower technician, who was more than happy to help me with my problem. I say avoid Murfreesboro Kubota. Their service does not live up to their promises.
