Oh, Poppa’s, our experience last night was a train wreck. Called at 6:05pm. On hold for 10 mins. No problem, I really didn’t want to cook. Female took our order and said it would be here in 40 mins tops. Cool. 40 mins=no pie. 60 mins=no pie. Call, same female answers after long hold, says driver was in a wreck(that sucks-We are less pissed). She says new pies on the way. Okay. Now we are less than 2 miles away-so we are still cool. 60 mins later-no pie. Call Poppa’s. Get same poor female. Cancel order. Make sandwiches. Wanted pie. Crap.

Product is standard Papa John’s pizza, but service is subpar. Long hold time to order pizza and inattentive staff will make me think twice before I order from this location again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery tonight and when the driver showed up, the amount on the receipt was different than the amount on my receipt I received via email. No big deal, I’ll just call and have them adjust it, right? Nope. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever! He said(in a very snarky tone) «I can’t refund your money, our system doesn’t work that way, that’s just not how it works. I can give you half off your next order or something but that’s it. Have a nice night.» Cuts me off, then hangs up the phone. How the hell am I supposed to get half off my «next» order if you didn’t take my name or give me some kind of coupon code? What a jerk. This shit is so uncalled for. To the man I spoke to: Would you have lost sleep tonight if you’d have simply done your job correctly? You are extremely unprofessional.
