TRX software Development

I used TRX for several years until they were forced to design their own software. DO NOT USE THEM. They lied to their long term customers and left them all hanging. The software never worked at all that year and for many people they refused to give refunds. Do a search of them on BBB — you’ll want to look elsewhere.

Ive been working with trx for several years and have never had a problem. The customer service is great and the staff friendly. The new online 2014 software made easy for me to manage all of my satellite offices with home base in Colorado.

I am a certified tax preparer in the State of California and have been a customer of TRX for 4 years… In the past I’ve been able to work through any problems or glitches the software had either on my own or with the help of customer service… this year however is quit a different story. I couldn’t un-​lock the efile portion of the software to efile my clients returns. I had 14 client returns finished and waiting to efile, I called for 5 days and talked to no-​one! I emailed a person by the nake of Zach Benefield and another person. Ronald something. don’t know his last name… I even included my phone number in the emails!!! and got no calls in return… I finally had to purchase other software for this tax season. I emailed customer service, Karen Bills… for a refund, she thanked me for being a customer but there were no refunds… and thats why I’m writing this review.
Do not purchase this software, there service is terrible! software very quirky…
