Usually, they have really good pretzels, but the last three have been awful. Today’s visit, my pretzel was burnt and hard. Last week’s visit, my pretzels were cold and old.
So, I revisited this joint on Tuesday, 10.20.15, the manager was there and I told him of my last two experiences, guess what he did… NOTHING! I told him I posted my experiences on Unilocal and he said, «Not Unilocal», yes, Unilocal.I asked for a punch card, he didn’t give it to me. He told me, it’s odd the pretzels were cold, being that they sat under a heat light/​lamp, giving off 150+ heat, I guess that was his way of challenging me on the cold pretzel, basically calling me a lie. No apology, no fix… no surprise. Silly me will return for one last chance to get it right, because I simply love pretzels.
My review is based solely on my experience.

We could smell this place when we walked out of JC Penney and I was starving so I decided to get a quick snack. I just had the cheese pretzel with jalapeño cheese dipping sauce. SO good! I would like to try the regular pretzels and slushes as well. One of the best pretzels I’ve had in a really long time!
