Starbucks

I’ve been coming to this starbucks for a while now to study/​work and every time it is INFESTED with flies! I cannot get any work done without swatting a fly every other minute. Then I look behind the counter and see a swarm of them just hovering around the food and coffee. There is always atleast 50 flies inside this starbucks at any given moment pestering clients. And no one seems to do anything about them! No longer studying here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I can honestly say that I can always depend on this location to make my coffee just how I like it. I usually order the expresso frappucino. Some places mess up on the consistency or make it too sweet but this place does it just right! Very clean Starbucks with a friendly staff!

I really like the staff minus this new red head woman who was super rude and had a major attitude problem. But besides that the other staff are great!

Staff was great, but this review is for the parking lot. Park at your own risk… You will be blocked in by the drive-​thru. Backing accidents waiting to happen.

The staff was fast and courteous. Andrew took my order and was very polite. My only issue was that Starbucks doesn’t take NFC/​mobile payments (get with the program, most the big MNCs do), and the peppermint mocha I got wasn’t that great. Tasted bland and I tasted more coffee than anything else; not made well, Batista just didn’t get it right.
If the mocha tasted well and took NFC, this would’ve gotten 5 stars. It’s because of the staff that the location got even a 3 star.

Love the staff. Well most of them. The older gentleman is super grumpy. The baristas always get it right.
Super looking forward to this location being open later and serving some «adult drinks» perfect for a lil «night cap» to help unwind and then go home and rest.
Drive thru seems to be a little overwhelming at times. So I park and get my booty off my seat and walk in. Which is always a much more pleasurable experience.
One thing I would recommend is to have the names of ALL the staff visible. They know my name and always refer me to such. But it would be nice to know their name. I seen one or two of them with their names embroidered on their apron. Super cute. !!!
AND… I must mention this. They know my usual preferred drink and they ask me if I’m sticking to that each time I go.
The gal with short dark brown hair is sweet as can be. Quiet but a flippen sweetheart. If give 10 if possible

Just witnessed a conniption over coconut milk. The staff handled it like champs.
Dear Lady Who Has Nothing Better To Do than mistreat a Barista:
Show some dignity next time you have a complaint. That was unbelievably unacceptable. Yes. I was the one staring at you.
Service is great here.
Restrooms were clean.
Staff is accommodating and then some.
Order was perfect.
Respect among the coworkers.
Decent space to socialize or plug in.

This review is solely based on the drive-​thru and has nothing to do with the customer service or the way we were treated. Went on a Sunday morning and had 3 cars in front of us. 15 minutes later we finally got our iced coffee. This is not the first time that the drive-​thru has taken forever. I recommend going inside or driving to the one on Renner if you are going to use the drive-​thru. Might be five minutes farther but they get you in and out quickly and efficiently.

We are regulars there, neat well maintained location, courteous, friendly and punctual staff.

The only thing this particular location does with any consistency is mess up your order. If I order a vanilla latte, I should taste vanilla goodness in every sip. Fairly certain my Vanilla Latte contained no vanilla whatsoever. If I wanted coffee with foam I would have made a cup at home and saved $ 5. Going to this location is like throwing your money away. If you just want a cup of coffee they might be able to do that. Anything more complicated than that: make it yourself at home or go to another location.

I never give out 5 stars unless it’s a place where the heavens have opened it’s gates for but 4 stars is well deserved at this coffee stop, like always, coffee is my life as a student. I really enjoy the kind service that they offer, I’m not sure what one employees name is but he’s older than the rest but I must say his attitude and flexibility is the best. I really recommend this place. It’s very easily located and wait time is shorter than most places. Around 8am is when this place is pretty packed so beware.

Nice Starbucks location. It’s not as busy as other locations which is great.

I very much appreciate their fresh, bold coffee. The staff is friendly. They can get you in and out rather quickly, both in store and the drive thru.

Really quiet, roomy and not busy like others. Has drive thru. Good wifi connection. Overall nice.

This Starbucks has not been here as long as some others in the area. Has a prime location right on the corner and in front of one of Wal Mart’s grocery stores. The service is excellent and the coffee hot and good. Parking at the front door.

I hardly do reviews on franchise locations, but I can’t help it. I need to give this location kudos for the awesome service. And I like how they give me a venti size cup for water. The service is friendly and has a drive thru (WHOOP WHOOP). Not noisy with teenagers. Just old folks and us nerds. Perfect.
