Save your money. This place is horrible. The food can be decent or it can be horrible. The employees don’t care about what they hand out to the customer. The fry container was ¼ full and the fries were cold.
All I can say is stay far away from this place. I understand fast food but personally I have to deal with a budget.
It’s too bad these people can’t take some pride in what they hand out to customers who have paid for the mush they sell.

I don’t want to explain the disgust I had when I opened my «loaded breakfast burrito «this morning but let’s just say I don’t know how this Carl’s is still under the same management. Half of the saturated in some clear substance «food» was not even in the tortilla. Speaking of the management, the manager that was there while I was getting my food was disciplining a worker about not paying for food right next to the order line. I can’t believe this place! New management severely needed.

Foods good but they’ve messed up my order every time I’ve been there and they are always behind… Probably because the have to do everything twice. I’m currently at the window to pick up but they have no record of my order.

Wow. I guess I should have looked at the reviews before going to this location. I ordered at steak and egg burrito and a small drink in the drive thru. I received my order and stopped in the parking lot. I wanted to unwrap my meal so I could eat it while commuting to work. As I pulled the burrito out of the bag juice gushed out of end and onto my pants. The solitary napkin provided was not enough to handle the amount. I went inside because there was no way I was going to drive and eat this thing while driving. I approached the counter and brought it to the cashiers attention that I had gotten this from their drive thru. She offered to make me another. Bear in mind I had not unwrapped the thing. I said that I am sure it would taste fine and went to sit down. I was sure that it wasn’t wrapped properly or that there was some way to fix it. I unwrapped it. It was an unholy mess. The entire burrito was soaked in the outside. There were ingredients stuck all on the outside. One end was partially closed and the other was completely open. No way I was going to attempt to eat it and remain presentable for work. I took the burrito back up to the cashier and said that I was wrong and I wanted my money back. She said yes sir and promptly refunded my money, for the burrito. Nothing else. I looked at he and asked how much did she give me back. $ 4.09 for the burrito. Not even a full refund. I took my amazingly overpriced drink and left. Manager was there. I had to get the cashiers attention both time as she was talking to someone in the office. Plenty of time to approach me about the situation. Hid in the back the whole time. 8:30am 9÷24÷2015

My husband went to pick up a couple breakfast burritos this morning. I got the Big Country burrito. I’ve had it at different locations and thought it was pretty good for fast food. This morning the tortilla was gelatinous, beyond soggy. The hashbrowns were nearly white because they were so under done. Hands down the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. We will not go back in this lifetime. Dry toast is better than this meal was. I only gave one star because it wouldn’t allow zero.

Nothing to special about this Carl’s Jr, the food is acceptable at most. This is one of the only Carl’s Jr I know that give out military discounts.

This place is horrid. Customer service has never been priority here and it’s obvious. I used to like Carl’s Jr. until this place completely ruined it for me. Every time I eat here after school I get sick the same night. One time my friend’s burger had pungent mold on the bun, they denied that it was mold when it was obviously mold. I would recommend going to the Chick Fil A nearby. Do not waste your time or money at a place that doesn’t deserve it.

I was so excited to try their hand breaded chicken fingers. I was SO disappointed! The chicken was strangely chewy, kind of like meat when it is cut against the grain. The worst was the bar-​b-​q sauce. It shouldn’t even be called bbq sauce, as it is so far away from it you wouldn’t believe!
