My wife and I have been in many Panera and St Louis Bread Stores throughout the nation and we were looking forward to one being built in Murray, Ky. We are very disappointed with the store here. The landscaping was thrown in and never kept up. It is an eyesore between two well maintained businesses. The interior and exterior is very drab and colorless and does not produce an atmosphere that you want to partake of. I have seen dirty tables while employees just walk by and ignore and employees wearing faded jeans and sitting around in the customer eating area. If this is just a «TEST» Store of which I know it is it will fail because of the image it
presents.

Paneras are fine. I like the space and their pastries and I gave a positive review to another location that was professionally run. But this one never has fresh coffee. I’ve emailed customer service and they suggested it would get better, but the other day I went through the drive thru and the coffee was warm and I had to heat it up in the microwave. Pretty much giving up on this one.
