BEWARE! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!
We purchased a home that UBRE sold and ALSO flipped with one of Brad’s other companies. It seemed like they did a great job until we moved in…
Some of the problems we have had are: we had no hot water in the house for the first week and a half after we moved in because our water heater was never brought up to code so we had to pay a company to come in and bring it up to code; they hired «some guys» to update the plumbing (not a company that is licensed and insured) so we have had kitchen floods, backed up pipes, flood in the basement, etc.; the shower upstairs was never sealed and had gaps in the grout so it began leaking into the ceiling of the bedroom below it; there are loose tiles all throughout the home due to not laying them correctly; all of the tile floors are EXTREMELY uneven; and our kitchen tiles began to crack from wall to wall so we realized we had to replace it. We hired a company to come in and tear out the tile and replace it with wood flooring. When they started tearing it up, they found that there is no sub-​flooring AT ALL! So not only do we need to replace the tile due to corners being cut, we also have to pay to put in the sub-​floor.
Luckily we purchased a home warranty to cover some of the things that went wrong, but they wouldn’t fix everything.
On top of all of the problems we’ve had since we moved in, Brad was extremely unwilling to work with us on anything that our agent sent him. He refused to sign any addendums — which didn’t change anything for him, but would have helped us with our mortgage insurance. He did all of this in hopes that we would back out of the sale and he could re-​list our home for more money which he admitted after we closed to our agent.
Don’t waste your time and money by working with this company!!!
