The prices and product may be okay but the customer service in Murray is horrible. They didn’t let me know when my windows would arrive (10 weeks after ordering) and due to snow, they failed to show up on the scheduled installation date and FAILED to notify me that they wouldn’t show up! I wasted half a day waiting for them to arrive and had to call and find out they couldn’t drive in the snow. Horrible communication and customer service.

This is an initial review and is subject to change. We are replacing our front door.
The salesman was very nice, engaging and easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable of his products, etc.
The guy who came to measure the door was kind of a… well let’s just say he had a bit of an attitude and I just couldn’t bond.
We got a call from the company asking us to change the install date from ³⁄₉ to ³⁄₁₀. Being the nice people we are, we said no problem. When the installers came with the new door, they were very nice and got right to it. They removed the old door, put the new door in and realized that the jam was about ¹¹⁄₂ inches too small. It was ⁵¹⁄₂ and should have been 6 ⁵⁄₈ inches. They made a call and told me they could install it and have a guy come back and rig some trim to cover the remaining unfinished jam. Hell, I will have almost 5K into this thing and believe I should get what I pay for. Fortunately they didn’t destroy the old door and were able to reinstall it. They told me they would reorder the new door with the correct sized jam. Due to travel, we will now have to wait until late May to get this mess finished.
I have heard nothing from the company since. Sure, it’s only been two days, but if it was my company that screwed up, I would be on the phone with the customer and reassuring that customer that this shit would be taken care of ASAP!
I am definitely NOT impressed. Sure things get done wrong sometimes, I get that. I didn’t begin to get upset with the installers as I realized it wasn’t their fault. So I’m just left hanging here with not one word from these people?
UPDATE: They must have read this review. All issues resolved! In fact, Rich is coming out today to look at two more doors :) The new front door is really nice, and at a cost less than my trusted remodel guy!

This is a great company to do business with. The salesman was on time, not pushy, and had prices printed on paper that were very reasonable. I love their flat pricing model. We had 6 windows installed and 1 year later we still LOVE them. They are very high quality, solid windows. The installers were also on time and did a very good job (and they were fast!) Give these guys a call.
