I love Arby’s, this one included.
Smokehouse Brisket is heavenly. Truly addictive. It must be on everyone’s bucket list.
Angus Philly is second best sandwich here.
And of course some curly fries. Mmmmmm.

Super bummed after my experience here today! I had never been to Arby’s before but have seen there commercials on tv and have to admit there sandwiches looked pretty good. I even told the girl that took my order that I have never been there (she didn’t care haha just looked at me and couldn’t wait to take my order and be done) there sauces were out at the sauce bar and also the ice machine was empty. I brought it to there attention and again was found annoying by the Arby staff. Sorry I wanted sauce for my dry sandwhich and ice in my drink. The «shift manager» was no way positive towards her staff or customers. She kept ordering them around to do stuff after complaints were made that should have been done while no one was in the waiting room when I first got there. She was very rude to her fellow staff in front of the customers but tried to play it off as a joke. The tables in the waiting area were dirty and had food all over the floor. This is my first negative review and I normally brag about new places that I try. My family and I never go out to eat and we always like to try new places, but never will we go here again. So much for a Sunday funday good lunch! NOT!

Had lunch here with my wife this week. It was so CLEAN and FRIENDLY! The team was obviously engaged, and the manager Kim was totally involved. I work retail — so i know that keeping associates on track can be challenging, but this place had such a great vibe! Really well done! Oh — and the sandwich was so good I went back and ordered another!

I love Arbys, and this one is the best around, the staff is friendly along with the manager. I just wish they would bring back the fish sandwich.
This location is better than most, for being a fast food restaurant Arbys nailed it and it truly is a 5 star location.

The pot smoking drive-​thru attendant couldn’t have made more mistakes. Besides that it was sort of pricey for poor quality food. I actually like Arby’s but this put a bad taste in my mouth.

This isn’t about customer service because I don’t expect great customer service from fast food places. This is about their new limited time «BLT sandwich!» This thing was a joke! There was a couple of broken up little pieces of bacon in it! Not even close to what the picture looks like! I know you shouldn’t go off their beautiful crafted picture that always looks 10 times better then what you get. This is definitely false advertising and it should be stopped! The drive thru cashier was polite and gave me a full refund back. Don’t let this happen to you! #arbys #blt

Customer service is awful. The girl taking orders is some pissed off, rude teenager, who clearly hates her job but should probably not make it so clear to the customers that she has little to no concern for the customer experience.

Horrible customer service. Took a the longest time to even acknowledge me. Seemed like there was only 1 person working when there was about 5 – 6 from what I saw as I was leaving. The 1 guy that was actually working had to yell back to get someone to take by order. Also place was empty but 2 other customers in there. So finally get my order and go to sit down with 2 kids, they go to eat and they dont even have sanwhiches in there bags. I didnt want to write this review because they seemed like nice people but in lala land th whole time. Just made no sense. I wil not be back.

Service was great! I made sure to check my food before I left from the drive through and they got the order correct. Other places don’t sometimes you know. I suggest getting the max amount of meat on your sandwich. The roast beef and cheader cheese is a little much. too rich and fatty. Still I drove from Lake Elsinore just to get a meal here.

1^st time at Arby’s in years. If not for the helpful and easy-​going ‘Sydney’ & the drive up guy, I may have just walked out. Why 5 stars then? I am rarely made to feel welcome, and get the feeling that only my wallet is important. Arby’s menu list designer must assume I am a regular, and know what to expect from their food. I did not. Good pictures, clean but what is in the sandwich? Can I get it hot or only cold if it doesn’t say hot? Seems over-​priced too. But with a little help, a lot of patience, and delivering the goods, and advice for the future, I all in! Good food, good value, great staff! Fix that inside menu list, or add a menu break-​down for the pre-​order area. All 6 items excellent, both Dad and Daughter enjoyed — even after re-​heating at home!,

For fast food it’s actually not too bad. If you do come by you have to order the New Brisket sandwich, it’s a total diet killer, but sorta worth it

My first impression of this Arby’s was they are understaff. I had to wait over 5 minutes to order. Staff seemed to have anxiety and running around to get everything done. Once I placed my order the food came out pretty quickly. Food was up to par. Just your average Arby’s.

Ok, please take my 5 stars with the understanding that this is fast food and basically it gets a full 5 stars because I am comparing it to other fast food places. #1 Staff — they are very friendly and helpful. They don’t rush you and they seem to appreciate your business. #2 Food — it is always fresh and hot. I LOVE their sandwiches on King’s Hawaiin rolls! #3 Clean — it is always clean. Always well stocked and comfortable. I go to this location instead of the Temecula one because this one is better in all accounts.

Always warmly greeted. Today i tried new hawaiian roll sandwich. Very good… very large portions. New potato chips are terrific but i miss the mac and cheese! :)

My fiancé and I eat here all the time. It can get a little pricey if you order some of the more premium combos but all in all its a good deal. The market fresh sandwiches and wraps are yummy and their roast beef is always delicious. Food is always fresh and well made. Drive thru is fast and friendly. One time I waited about 10 minutes in the drive through, which I didn’t think was too long, and when I got to the window the manager came up and gave me free meal coupons for «the wait.» That’s customer service! We’ll continue eating here.

Great classic roast beef sandwich. Also the value shake & cherry turnover were delicious. Nice servers, clean tables. We love coming here.
