I just experienced the best customer service ever! I did not catch her name, but she was working the drive thru around 10:30am, she was professional, kind, and exemplary. Chick Fil A was so fast and the food was so good! Thanks so much Murrieta Chick Fil A!

Service is usually very nice but this morning the cashier, Alicia was just amazing! She brightened my day and gave me a perfect start to my morning she was just so sweet! Thank you Chick– Fil-​A!

Hate to give them even one star. If they forget your order and leave you standing for some time they may apologize and give you a gift card for a free lemon aid. But you better use it fast cause it expires and they will not honor. It’s just amazing that business would let a customer walk away FOREVER because of something so stupid. Not looking for anything free but points need to made. Patronizing at its best when they smile and tell you to have a nice day as you walk away shaking your head.

As with most Chick-fil-A’s, I am a fan. They have a great menu of tasty chicken sandwiches. Usually, popularity is reflected in their accommodations for customers (hard to find a seat at times). So the atmosphere is a little busy, but the food makes up for it. Good service, which is usual for Chick-​fil-​A. Has a drive-​thru.

Love their food! I usually have lunch but recently have gone their for breakfast. Their sandwiches are very good and so is their biscuit and gravy!

Pretty good. I have never had any problems and the employees always seem to go above and beyond to make us have a good experience. 5 stars

I am giving this location 3 stars because my boyfriend went there last night, ordered very little food and drove away after spending 32 bux. This place isn’t cheap. ordered the cookies for a dessert we were going to make out of them with kids. Get home and the 6 pack of chunky cookies aren’t in the bag. This is in Murrieta, we live in Elsinore near Diamond Drive which is pretty far. Called them and they said they would put the cookies aside for us to come pick up today. Grrrr… I am very understanding that this can happen but it happens much too often and it’s such an inconvenience at drive thrus when it happens if you do not live close. Here’s the kicker. Drive ALL THE WAY BACK today to get the cookies since they weren’t cheap. Waited and finally the lady gives me the cookies. I then asked her if I could get a large lemonade, I had money in my hand with intentions to pay but really after all the inconvenience of wasting time and gas, I definitely would have at least comped a person a lemonade, I was offered nothing and charged almost 3 dollars for the lemonade. I just think this is bad taste. I personally would never have done that to a person given the situation. Tacky…

I came here for breakfast this morning and everything is spot on. the only thing I didn’t like were the biscuits and gravy. They were free with a breakfast combo purchase. To me they tasted horrible like the gravy was just nasty to me. It was really thick and peppery. I found myself picking through it just to get to the sausage. Other than that the place is always clean and they are very nice and get you what you need. Very community friendly

Having to review Chickfila is totally unnecessary but I’m doing it anyways.
The service is always on point and the food is always delicious. You just can’t go wrong coming here, the only negative in my opinion is the subliminal Christian music playing in the background but it’s a Christian company so I get it. Anyways! I love it here.

My first time here, as I have heard great things about their food… I was in a rush and had to go to the drive thru. The food was okay, nothing really to brag about… I did not know that the sandwiches come dry, and was later told that «we have such a great variety of sauces, so you can personalize it with whatever you want» I however was not given any «options» of sauces with which to choose, so had to eat the sandwich dry… The food seemed on the expensive side for what you got and when I was given my milkshake, it was running over with product that they did not bother to wipe from the sticky cup and the lid was barely on the drink… but, I tried to be optimistic and give them the benefit of the doubt, so I drove home. When stopped for a traffic light, as I reached for my drink, it had spilled due to poor packaging and the fact that the lid was barely on there… so… needles to say I was not only out the money I spent for the shake, but I had to clean out my car when I got home… Again, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I figured I would call the restaurant when I got home and they would certainly make it right, right??? WRONG! When I called the restaurant, I was given the royal run-​around and treated as though it just did not really happen, like why would I make something like that up? I was told by someone claiming to be «management» that they could take my name, number and address and someone would be «getting back to me»… sure! that’s going to happen, right away! I even called the corporate store and same thing, someone would be «getting back to me» Even if the food IS good, it is overpriced and not worth the hassel of being treated like a second class citizen for speaking up for my rights as a consumer… best of luck!

Great customer service! First time here and I was shocked at how friendly employees are. Good is great too!

Chicken and Fries just aren’t the same without their special sauce.
Everything we’ve ever ordered has been delicious and I appreciate all the amazing ways this business gives back to our community. Our family loves to eat here and support this business because of all the ways they support us… school events, sports teams, special days… were looking forward to dressing up like cows soon and getting a free meal in July!

Yeah never again… I usually have an okay experience here but this time I didn’t. The only thing getting a star for this, is the frosted lemonade!!! The chicken strips were disgustingly greasy, like dripping in grease & tasted old. So gross I want to throw up!

Yum! My favorite thing here is the lemonade (reg and diet). I also like the orginal chicken sandwich with pickles and provolone cheese. The waffle fries with the house sauce is such a delicious combo. They also have great customer service whether its in the drive-​thru or dining inside.

After a failed attempt to eat at a super busy burrito place in San Diego I was left wondering what would be my last meal in California for this past trip. Wasn’t in the mood for Hodads or more carnitas. Then I remembered there were Chick Fil A’s in California. I chose this location because it was on the way back to Las Vegas. The drive thru was super long and the way traffic was I just wanted to grab the food and get back on the road. I came in to order and despite it also being super busy inside ordering and recovering my order was quick. A young gentlemen took my order and was super nice. I had mentioned it was my first time ordering Chick Fil A and he hooked it up in the sauce department. Gave me a few extra of chick Fil a sauce and bbq and ranch just to have options. I like options. I went with the Spicy chicken sandwich and added bacon and cheese. At the moment I’m not consuming caffeine and after going to the car and coming back to replace my dr pepper with sprite my cashier remembered my name. To say the least I was impressed with the service i received here. I was even offered free coffee or iced coffee as they were offering it for the month of February but I’m not consuming caffeine at this time. For fast food this is about as good as it gets. The chicken was juicy moist and seasoned wonderfully. I was a bit disappointed it wasn’t as spicy as I would like but I enjoy super spicy foods. The waffle fries could have a bit more salt but no big deal. The only thing I regret is not ordering more and eating it later. Chick Fil a will be on my route every time I come to California. Please come to Vegas!

First off I have to say that the people who left 1 and 2 star reviews for a Chik-​Fil-​A are absolute dumbasses.
This particular location tastes good just like all the other locations, but the employees here are fantastic. I know they are overworked and underpaid, but they do a great job and pretty much all that could ever be asked for.
If you like Chik-​Fil-​A, and like great service, then this location is 5 stars.

Went thru the drive thru with my family and we had a pretty complicated order. I was hoping the staff would get it right because I was looking forward to my chicken sandwhich. Not only did they get it right but we got all the cool sauces that I requested. I cannot remember the young lady’s name but she helped us on Halloween at around 2pm. Thank you for being patient with us.
This place does it right. This is the way to run a business.

I can’t in all consciousness leave my review at 5 stars for this place after my LAST visit here, which was probably a month or so ago. Definitely the last visit based mostly on the fact that I am now vegetarian.
Anywaaaays…One thing me and my boyfriend noticed the last time we were here was how mushy our chicken was, much like the way chicken gets when you microwave it. And the fries, which are usually pretty tasty were just off. Sad because I’ve always had good food here in the past (which is why they can have 3 stars).
Just a note: the breakfast menu shouldn’t be displayed when breakfast items are not available. I had been craving breakfast stuff on that visit and ended up epically disappointed. McDonald’s doesn’t leave their breakfast menu up all day and jack in the box serves it all day, what’s your excuse?
