Domino’s Pizza

How disappointing. This wasn’t the first time they had me waiting for over 20 minutes as I walked in to order carry out. My name was shown on their screen saying my order was ready, yet I had to wait another 15 minutes or so. The whole place is unorganized. Why do I return? Because it’s convenient and close to home, but I might just reconsider. Get it together, dominos!

Horrible service at this location! I spoke with a customer service rep by the name of Sharissa (who later claimed to be the manager) and attempted to order the specialty chicken bacon and tomato w/​jalapeños on top; and was told I could not order it that way. I was told that i would not find a dominoes that would do that for me. I informed the rep that I literally just got that very same order from the dominoes in Murrieta no less than four hours earlier (8 pm). I was then basically called a liar. I asked the rep If their store was a corporate or franchise site, and was told that they were a corporate site; but she would definitely be reporting the Murrieta site to her franchisee (wait…what???). I requested my order again, and was again denied by Sharissa. Not willing to continue the back and forth with this ignorant individual I ended our conversation. I wish I could give this site negative stars, for having a manager that is not only ignorant in regards to who she works for; but having a manager that would be argumentive to the point of losing customers. I would insist that the franchisee of this establishment educate Sharissa on the difference between corporate (owned and operated by a company/​corporation) and franchise (individual or group granted permission to utilize the name/​brand of a large company). This training may help Sharissa to sound as though she knows what she is talking about when she decides she does not want to do her job (by throwing those «freshly baked» frozen chicken bites in the oven sprinkling some jalapeños on top and heating them up) and wants to argue with customers instead. I am sure the FRANCHISEE gave Sharissa her position due to the lack of a halfway decent candidate. Congratulations Sharissa your ignorance won you the donkey of the day award (round of applause)!!!

I’ve never had a problem here, I’ve ate inside, ordered online for carryout, and came in-​store for carryout and every time all things are accurate. The two medium for $ 12 is a good deal. Their pizzas are small but it’s still filling.
Employees are generally very nice and have a great attitude.

SCAMMED US FOR DOUBLE PAY AND REFUSED TO FIX IT!!! Ordered and paid online, delivery guy arrived asking for cash for the order. I told him i paid online, so he calls the store. They say they need my payment info again, so I give it over the phone. TWO charges posted to my bank act for different amounts. Worse: when I call and speak with the lady calling herself the manager on duty, she simply states if they charged us it has to be correct and they will not fix it or look into it further. CROOKS! And the pizza was sub-​par to boot. Reporting to corporate and spreading the word. UPDATE: Contacted corporate from their website, who NEVER EVEN REPLIED! Wow this company sucks. Never again will they get a dollar from me!

Yummy pizza, salad and bread sticks. Great service so far. I like the ordering app on the my smart tv. You can watch the status of your order through the whole process from making to delivery.

Came 10 minutes before closing and door was locked. I had to call so they can open the door for me only for the cashier to tell me they were close for pick up after 10. I showed her my watch and the time was 9:53pm. She finally agreed to open the door for me so I made my order. I waited for about 10 minutes and took the pizza home. It was the Most disgusting pizza I had ever had. Will never buy there again

6÷4÷2016: With the outmost respect for those who value the franchise, and this location, we, as a family, can no longer reconcile with buying this mediocre pizza. Realizing that sometimes the convenience of ordering out may blind people like us, that the food about to be ordered has proven to be less appetizing with less quality ingredients adding to the disappointment every time, where the money spent, however little or much, never justify the expense of a pizza with no redeeming qualities. Basically no cheese, dry on the crispy thin each time, and $ 30 can buy a whole better with creative planning. Yes, Dominos is as bad as most pizza franchises, with rare exceptions, and their money they will make because the demand is not likely to decrease. Finally we are done being so gullible and undemanding. Good riddance. 2 Stars.
6÷5÷2016 SOLUTION: We had ordered 4 medium sized for the $ 5.99 deal. 3 thin, 1 regular, which, as I mentioned above, were totally below par. We ate some, put half away. Today I used Provolone cheese (plenty), Ham and Shrimp from Costco (the shrimp lightly sautéed with butter and fresh garlic), and lay the pieces in a 400 degrees oven long enough for the cheese to melt. Result: a delicious winner. Yes, we added additional toppings, but well worth it. Like night and day, even mom who yesterday was the first to reject the pizza, today she became a pizza lover. Might have to ask them to undercook and elevate the quality at home. 4.5 Stars.

My favorite pizza place ! I frequent this establishment often a few times per month and every time it is always clean with friendly staff. I’ve only had one bad experience which was fixed immediately great customer recovery skills! Love the pan pizzas here so yummy

I’ve only been here for take out, but I have to say, their $ 7.99 3-​topping pizza deal is awesome! I forgot to ask the name of the associate who took my order, but her boisterous and upbeat personality made the experience all too pleasant. Pizza was spot on, my friend and I devoured the whole thing in a matter of minutes. I don’t know about their delivery experience, but give their take out a chance for some delicious pizza for less than $ 10. A+ service, A+ pizza.

Had a pizza delivered through the app. When we received it, it has literally nothing on it. Just sauce. We put extra cheese and when I asked to speak to the manager, I could hear her yelling at the associate, to tell me, that it was my mistake. What kinda of pathetic excuse is that. This is a pizza company. You could simply deliver me another pizza but you refused, and now made yourself and the company look terrible. My husband and I used to order all the time, Atleast once a week, and this will be the last time. I was on hold for 15 min to just be told it was my mistake and have a manager not have the audacity to handle the conversation herself. obviously this location needs new management.

It’s a chain. I forgot to ask for marinara sauce instead of robust tomato. 3 topping large carryout special is $ 7.99. Pretty good pizza. The whole place surprised me. It’s spacious. 3 tables with 4 chairs each and a diner style bar if you wanted to stay and eat you could.

HORRIBLE, called to order a pizza waited over two hours. called back to find out what’s up. They said they lost my order wth. 2 hours later. They offered me free breads sticks never revived them. 2^nd time we ordered they lost my order again went in to pick up pizza and waited another hour. The manager is a complete idiot sorry but she is horrible. rude and has a high amd mighty attitude about her. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Husband came home mad and said never again. It’s just pizza people … p. s. While we were in there another couple was upset about something. Do your self a favor go across the street.

Horrible if u order for delivery! We waited over an hour tonight… for one large pizza?!! And no explanation from them, no offer to make it right. Will never order from them again.

I have to say, I have yet to find gourmet pizza that delivers. With that being said, this Dominoes beats out papa johns, wood rock, Marcos and whoever else in the area that applies to the ‘fast & cheap’ criteria. I order pizza for the family when I’m too tired to cook and they beat out everyone else in every category hands down. Good job Scott Road Dominoes!

We always have the best service! Whenever my fiancé and I are too tired to cook Dominos is always are go to place and, Warren the delivery guy is always so friendly! GREAT JOB WARREN!

Greasiest pizza we’ve ever seen, burnt pasta stuck to the container, burnt over cooked sandwich could barely crunch through or chew. First and last time trying Domino’s.

It’s close to home and I love that and they are new but they need a lot of work the pizza taste to salty
