Greg is totally awesome. He handled a whole bunch of issues on our new house with skill and a terrific attitude. The best!

A big zero. I would highly suggest you stay away from Greg The Maintenance Guy. He was not truthful about what he actually did, did not do what was agreed on, and over charged for the minimal work he did. You are taking a big chance and this guy is a risk. In my case he actually did more damage. He was supposed to sand some wood planters but he only scraped and gouged them. I gave him a chance to come back and do the sanding but he wanted to charge $ 30.00 more an hour. He was supposed to have done it for the money I already I paid him. Unethical. He is not a hard worker and does not care about his work or reputation. In my opinion he is a big loser of a maintenance guy. I agree with Joel E. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! He is the typical flakey handyman. HE FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR A JOB I SCHEDULED FOR HIM! I called to find out why he wasn’t at my house and he informed that he scheduled better paying jobs and couldn’t come to my house for over a week.

We used Greg for our home twice now. He fixed the tub in my kid’s bathroom and installed all my new kitchen fixtures. We were very happy with the work he did for us. Let me tell you, I went through so many flakey handymen the past few years! It’s so nice to have someone trustworthy and prompt and that shows up when he says he will! Thanks again, Greg!
