Can’t put into words what Brad has done for me and my family!
I never write reviews, but Brad is the absolute best and we owe him a tremendous amount. We had a previous short sale on our record and after working with 10 brokers whom swore they could help, none of them could, but Brad did. He helped us navigate through a needle hole to be able to purchase again 24 months after our short sale anniversary and notified us of the recent change to FHA guidelines that changed waiting periods to 4 years. Without Brad’s help we would have not been able to purchase and would remain on the sidelines for another 2 years. Brad is a true expert in his field, extremely current to new guidelines and predictive of forthcoming ones.

Recently married, we set out to buy our first home. We had so many doors slammed in our faces… that is, until we met Brad.
