I have been coming to Polly for 10 years at Instyle nail in Temecula. She’s sweat girl, she is so skilled and fast. My nail ABSOLUTELY PERFECT EVERY TIME

I have been coming here to Style Nails for the last 5 years and it’s always been an amazing experience till today. Pauly the nail stylist was so rude not only to me but to my cousin who I just referred here. Joseph the manager on duty did nothing about it. Which is so sad. Being a manager myself and dealing with customers on a daily basis you have to know how to handle every situation in a calmly manner. He allowed Pauly to have an adult tantrum in front of many customers. So sad that after 5 years I mostly like will not be coming back and I will definitely stop referring this nail salon to family and friends

Annie was rude and did a horrible job on my nails I do not recommend her at all. I will never go back.

Great place for gel nails. They don’t wreck my real nails like many other places in town do. They stay on very well. John always kills it!!!

Wasn’t properly greeted.
Wasn’t offered options of what services I wanted.

I received a pedicure and manicure.
The guy who did my pedicure reaked of cigarette smoke, and also walked away for 5 minutes during my manicure, actually while cutting my cuticles. When he came back I told him that he forgot to cut cuticles on some of my fingers and he argued with me. So while my guy was MIA for 5 minutes, all the other visible employees were on their phones and completely giving the vibe of not wanting to be there. One guy there was really excited to leave work as he kept saying «only 5 more hours, can’t wait to leave»
My manicurist only exfoliated half of my foot and when I asked for the rest of the foot to be done he proceeded to tell me how that would cost extra, 7 dollars extra .
I took my daughter with me and she also got a pedicure and manicure, but was over charged for services That were not asked for, such as designs on her nails and toes.
The tips of my nails and toe nails don’t even have paint on them because the paint job was so half assed, I can see my naked (real) nail tips and I will have to re do this paint job before my real nails all chip and break from being exposed and my feet feel more rough after the pedicure.
There were people visibly napping on their waxing table as well. That’s just gross, employees napping on a bed that is purposes for Brazilian waxes.
Maybe to some this is ok, but for me and my daughter I expect better services, especially when paying for such services. It is a spa/​salon, shouldn’t you greet your customers and make them feel amazing while there?

Very nice staff, pretty colors to choose from. It’s terrible that you have to pay CASH only. & I’m definitely not happy with the fact that it wasn’t displayed or brought to my attention until the end of my appointment, I even called to see how late they were opened that day; prior to going in and she never said anything about we only accept cash payments (just so I could’ve been aware and prepared) but they did have a ATM which they say only charges $ 1.00 but I was later charged a additional $ 2.50 service fee. But all in all I did like my nails so I may return mostly because they are local! I just know next time to bring cash…

On a whim today, my best friend and I decided to try out this nail salon as she needed her nails done for work and I for my senior pictures tomorrow. We could not be more happy with our decision! I chose the color Marilyn Merlot (I believe that’s the name) and she got a white sparkle French tip. We are now switching nail salons and are forever going here! ¹⁰⁄₁₀!

I have been going to this nail salon for about three years now and to me it is different than other nail salons as to the competency of the people who work there, the décor, and the fact that the people who work there truly seem happy and laugh a lot! There are several men that work in this salon and they are all very funny! Even when busy they seem to keep the humor up. I always ask for John — does a GREAT pedicure (unfortunately I always have a lot of calloused skin). Their turnover doesn’t seem to be as great as I’ve seen at other nail salons either. The salon is clean and professionally decorated — very relaxing experience every time I go!

I started coming to this salon after a family member recommended I try it out. I’ve been 3 times now and each time has been good. We are taken care of quickly even if we arrive early to our appointments. The staff is friendly and everything is very clean. My pedicures have lasted for quite a while without any chips or shine disappearing. Well worth the $ 18 every few weeks.

This use to be my favorite place for years!!! I was extremely let down today. My toes look like a 6 year old did them. Very sloppy. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted and it seemed she couldn’t understand what was a very simple design. I showed her the pic several times and she applied about 4 coats on the tip of my toes which failed to dry after hours! The toes dont look at all like the picture, Im furious that this is the third time I have to go back and ask them to fix it.(See white toes with green tips photo)

Tony has done a really great job on my nails for 4 years. Today I called to make my appointment with him & was told I can no longer have a pedicure at the same time because they’re «too busy.» As a mom of 3, with a full time job, my lunch hour is the only time I get to myself. They called back today and said same time is no problem! So happy!

Well this time I went I wasn’t so pleased. I am very pleased with how clean they are, though i went out on a limb to get something creative done this time, though I probably shouldn’t have. What I wanted required black lines painted horizontally across the white painted nail… The lines were thick and done way too fast without any thought. It was messy, so I went and got little rhinestones and painted the nails black and covered the mess up myself. I planned on only paying for a full but I ended up paying $ 40 for messy gel nails. :/

I really like this place. They are clean, friendly and do a great job! I usually call before coming in but not an official appointment. They always fit me right in and have never charged for a repair. I even saw the owner of a local salon here getting her nails done. She raved about how much she loves it here. Must be pretty special if she prefers it over her own nail salon! I can’t wait to bring my husband, daughters and mom!

BEST NAIL SALON IN THE CITY! Great service and our nails were done very well :) everyone was very generous aswell and we were assisted quickly.

I have been coming here for a year now and I love them. I have tried other places in the temecula and murrieta area but I always end up back here. I always get a gel mani with kelly. The girls are so nice here, I’ve never had an issue. The owner, he’s super super nice. I love this place!

Love this place! Very clean, modern and much higher end than most quick-​stop nail salons! John did my pedicure and for $ 30 it was the best one I think I have ever had! He massaged my legs and feet for so long I almost feel asleep!
My only complaint and why not a 5 star review: they DO NOT take credit cards or ATM at all. They take checks (who does this anymore), cash, and they have an ATM in the salon that you can use… but nowhere does it tell you ahead of time to expect to not pay with plastic! If they just had a little sign up front telling people, I would be much happier and so would a lot of other people.

Love this place! My first time getting my nails done in 11 years (only other time was for my senior prom). Searched for reviews on local nail salons & I’m so glad I decided on this one. The salon is beautiful, no harsh chemical odors, friendly staff… I was a walk-​in & John did my manicure. He is fantastic! I am in love with my nails & I will definitely be back to maintain this. Heads up for any newcomers: it is check or cash only, no credit cards; though there is an ATM on site. A+.

I came in for the first time the other afternoon for a full set & I brought my own colors from home. I walked in & the man who greeted me was pretty friendly, & seated me right away. For the next 20 minutes I was not helped. I saw other people being helped & from what I saw customer-​wise, there was definitely more nail techs around. Anna did my nails for me, she wasn’t too friendly, & she only asked me how long and what shape I wanted my nails. I wanted my nails to be just a little longer from my finger tips, & they are so much shorter than what I asked for. I said that I like the length they were when she began filing a little bit, & she replied «no honey, I don’t like it». Last I checked when you the customer are paying to get your nails done, & additionally leaving a tip for the services it should be what you want. During the appointment she cut me, & blood got on her so I asked to wash my hands, «no honey it’s fine», that’s not only disgusting but it becomes a cleanliness issue. When she began painting my nails she said she didn’t like the colors that I brought and that she wanted me to choose a different color. I did not get up to get new colors & asked her to proceed with the colors I chose. After the color she applied the UV gel top coat, there are small bubbles all over my nails & as 3 days have gone by there are more. To say I’m dissapointed would be an understatement, & from my experience I can surely say it will be my last.

I usually have the lovely young Ana do my nails and toes. Well today I unfortunately had «Mai» horrible horrible horrible. First they didnt have my color. I then picked another and when she applied didnt show. She picked one color was nice. 5 coats later, my toes are messy sloppy and im not happy paid 38.00 and tipped her 5. NEXT TIME I STAY WITH WHO I KNOW!!! FYI MAI IS ROUGH, SWEET WOMAN, FAST BUT NOT ANYTHING LIKE ANA!!! I am one who knows nails and ive had better gel toes done then this!!!
