We used to live really close to this location and would go here often. However we recently moved. We found another Jersey Mikes but this one is still my favorite. The staff is more professional and service is quicker. I stop here whenever I can.

Same great taste, and good customer service. However, there is no denying that the sandwiches here got smaller. The bread is smaller. Just be forewarned the giant is less giant now.

I like Jersey Mike’s, but this is my favorite Jersey Mikes. The staff are friendly and man is that place clean. If they are not making sandwiches, they are cleaning that place up. The Big Kahuna(spelling?) is super delicious. Hot and cheesy with jalapenos, onions, and peppers. Share it and it’s like 500 calories — loaded with fat, but that’s not an everyday thing, so go for it.

I’ve only been to Jeysey Mikes a handful of times, simply bc I’ve never been blown away by any of their products over the years. I went here yesterday with my sister and got a «Caesar Wrap» to try something new. I can’t remember that last time I complained about food but that s#it was strait Fuc*ing garbage! It was gross in every sense of the word. I really think it put the final nail in the jersey Mike coffin for me.

Yes! Im so glad JM finally made it to the West Coast… Fresh bread and hearty ingredients … I favor the cheesesteak, tuna and Calif turkey sandwiches… The Manager’s special is a great deal when I bring my two boys with me. The staff at this location is especially friendly and I always free welcomed here… they even have a sense of humor.

Freedom Solar loves Jersey Mike’s. We order from them all the time. They are especially attentive to our orders. Thank you Jersey Mike’s for accommodating our meetings. Chris Leon, HR Manager

The sandwiches are good at JM… there is no doubt many offer similar sandwich eating experiences but the reason they are getting a review, and a 5 star one at that, is because the two young men that served my wife and I for dinner were supurb.

I went into the store on Clinton Keith in Murrieta today and purchased the manager special only to find 2 short dark hairs in one end of my sandwich — I feel like you should be notified — needless to say I had to throw the entire thing out.

I’m a big fan of their cold subs and their pastrami. Pastrami probably isn’t the best in the area but its pretty good. Their rewards program is great too. I’ve already gotten 2 free subs in the last year.

They go out of their way to be friendly here, greeting people as they come in and making small talk, etc. So although it’s a large chain restaurant in reality, it feels a bit more«mom and pop» in their attitude. The cold sandwiches here are basic/traditional. Although they use clearly high quality ingredients, I kinda prefer a place like Subway for my cold sandwiches so I can load up on a large assortment of veggies. Iceberg lettuce just isn’t enough for me, although I do realize this is the traditional east coast way to make a sub. If I really want crazy creativity, I will go to the Which Witch in Temecula — as they have just loads of zany things to put on your sammich. Where I think Jersey Mike’s shines is in their hot subs. I especially think they do a good cheesesteak, which is a hard to find item in California. The bread on the cheesesteaks is perfect for me, all warm and pillowy with gooey cheese binding it all together. Definitely best to eat right away before the juices soak too much in the bread. I especially like to order the secret #99 which is their big kahuna cheesesteak with chipotle mayo(not a traditional cheesesteak obviously but extremely tasty especially for the drunken gentlemen who craves exactly this type of thing). So overall I think it’s above average for a sub shop. Pretty basic for cold sandwiches, but good if you want simple and high quality. But pretty awesome for the hot subs.

Someday… Someday I’ll try something other than a #17. I can’t help it. I love cheesesteaks, and have them so rarely than when I go to Jersey Mike’s, I feel almost obligated to get one. This location is nice. Clean inside and a friendly staff who was good about explaining the reward points to me. Apparently I had some, but had no idea what to do with them. The food is good, as always, and it’s pretty uniform with other Jersey Mike’s that I’ve visited. I realize this sounds weird, but the thing I dislike most about this location is the weird parking lot. It’s just an odd shape and is somewhat inconvenient to get in and out, so when we go, I usually park out where the lot is wider. Seriously though, I know that’s a pretty petty complaint. I will be back again. Probably tomorrow.

Yummmy! The subs are so fresh! I probably wouldn’t have come here if it weren’t for my kids school(oak meadows) having a fundraising event here. All the employee’s are so friendly and get your order ready in a timely manner. Now, I cant get enough!

Absolutely the best place to get subs. I’m not gonna lie, they can be kinda expensive for a sandwich but it will be worth it 100%. I won’t go anywhere else for a sub.

Jersey Mike’s has become my favorite chain sandwich. I absolutely love their Italian Sub, it is their best sandwich in my opinion and of course you must get it «Mike’s way!» To mix it up I also enjoy their Philly cheese sake. Moreover, I also love their managers special which is a great value went eating with a friend. Keep it up Jersey Mike’s I am fan!

My favorite sandwich place! You have to order it mikes way in order to truly understand why it’s different. Sign up for their loyalty rewards and earn free sandwiches. Plus they email you coupons for free chips and drinks pretty often.

Love their sandwiches but their customer service is outstanding. Mayreli is amazing. The sandwiches are a little pricey but the customer service makes up for it.

First time going. I’ve been seeing them pop all over the place so with my sandwich craving I had to try. The place is small and the parking is a little odd but, I worked with it. The staff is super friendly and the way they make the sandwich would even please any OCD. The total was high but, after thinking about how much I walked away with in service, quality and food, it’s fair. I got the huge one and could only eat half.

This place is awesome! First of all, the food was amazing, so delicious and lots of high quality ingredients. It smells amazing the minute you walk in the door. Though the food was good, the service from every single member was astounding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. They really went out of their way to make us feel great. We just so happened to come in on the day they were donating 100% of the days sales to charity(awesome!) Not only did they raise a ton of money, but all of the employees also donated all of the tips they made. How sweet is that?! Really, I just can’t get over how amazing the food is and how awesome the customer service is. HIGHLY recommend :)(*also offers 10% military discount)

I was a regular at the other Murrieta location for years, but after a couple of experiences there, I’ve been coming to this and the Temecula one more. It’s relatively new(opened within the last year) and the first time I came in the staff were still getting their feet under them. More recently, though, service is much improved and up to the Jersey Mike’s standard, as are their sandwiches. Except for one time when the bread turned out to be a little stale, they always pack on the ingredients and«juice» when I ask for my #8 Club Sub Mike’s Way. Keep up the good work!
