Panda Express

The worst visit I’ve had at a panda by far…
I love panda and frequently eat at the restaurants around Murrieta and Temecula but will no longer be going here.
Came in tonight (2÷2÷16) and wanted to order 3 (two entrée plates). The contents of them are irrelevant but instead I got two correct plates, a bowl full of items I never even ordered and two tiny sides (one of veggies and one of chow mien). *My fault for driving home without checking my bag*. But after getting home and checking the food I called and returned back to the panda.
The employees there including the manager could not comprehend what I was trying to order and after I repeated the order for them a few times they started to tell me I was wrong and did not order it correctly. Most people would apologize for a mistake but they decided it would be better to insult me by telling me I was wrong. After standing around debating the order and how to «properly» order it they finally made a new (bowl) in replace of the other one which I wanted veggies and chow mien. The lady making the bowl put 90% veggies and hardly any chow mien so I asked them to add more chow mien to the bowl. They then argued about that before adding the old chow mien I’ve been driving around with for the past 20 min to the bowl. Never have I encountered such incompetence at a restaurant (and that’s saying something). I worked multiple years in fast food and the staff here needs to be retrained or just fired
***PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND JUST DRIVE TO ANOTHER PANDA***

I just have to take a moment to say that I was extremely impressed with Debbie’s customer service. She was very friendly and polite. Quick to get our order together and made sure everything was correct. Great customer service is a rarity these days and I appreciated it from Debbie.

Food not fresh as Menifee’s panda, fried rice without eggs not that great. and when I order why is it in a to go box and bagged when dining in? wtf!

Ordering online makes life that much easier here. Didn’t have to wait in the huge line and it was ready and hot when I got there. Service with a smile and a thank you.

I have not been satisfied with the food nor satisfied with the lady Elizabeth that works the register or her customer service. I have always enjoyed pandas but this was the third and final time I will eat here!
I have been over charged, twice. When you ask for your refund because you’ve been over charged she is not friendly about it, non apologetic, and makes it seem as though you did something wrong and you are inconveniencing her.
Once the employees have made an opinion on you, better believe your portions of food are cut in half!
I don’t recommend this pandas to anyone! It’s worth driving an additional ten to fifteen minutes to be treated better at another pandas express restaurant!!!

Worst panda express i have ever been to. Horrible customer service. Due to a customer issue that the manager was dealing with all the other employees were making faces and talking about the customer which i thought was completely unprofessional. Will never go to this unprofessional establishment again.

Walked in 20 minutes to 10:00 and they were out of everything and wouldn’t make anymore food. Why stay open until 10:00 if you only have rice left. There were several customers looking for the same thing and they still wouldn’t make anything. Really poor!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got food poisoning from their chow mein! Will never go there again!

I’m giving this place two stars because the wait for Sunday ⁰⁶⁄₀₁ was terrible. The staff working the food was very slow and most of the food was not prepared. I was waiting for broccoli/​beef (along with four other people who were waiting for other foods). The girl said it would only take 6 minutes, it’s been 20. It was so bad that one guy asked for a refund. Do not come here on the weekends.

Long lines but worth it. Got 10% off bill just for checking in. Love the sweet fire chicken! Wish they had better shrimp options though.
