Studio Allure

The most incredible experience I have ever had with studio photography. I went in to get my professional headshots done, but never imagined I could be so happy with the results. Nearly two years later, I am still regularly complimented on my photos and still use them exclusively whenever I need to use a photo of myself for either print or web use. I love that she caught exactly what I was looking for, and somehow made me feel relaxed during the entire session. Would heartily recommend to anyone– and, again– hooray for local family businesses getting it done right!

I had been planning a photo session outing for my mom, my two sisters, and myself for quite some time now. My mom is turning 60 next year, so I wanted her to get some photos done prior to her milestone party. Most of all, I wanted to plan a fun girls day that got us together for a group shot in front of a camera. Initially, I just thought about doing something outdoors that would simple and straight forward. I really just wanted a group photo of us and I wasn’t even thinking about solos… While doing my photography research, I happened to see a friend’s photos that were recently done by Ashley Bee. After perusing through Studio Allure’s website, I was immediately hooked. Forget the outdoors and being simple! The entire concept of having a glamour session was much more appealing!
The experience itself was ridiculously fun! Prior to the session, you have a style consultation with Ashley where she encourages you to be bold, fun, and daring in your outfit selection. You’re encouraged to bring in about 6 outfits, and you do have the option to bring something casual as well! Really, just bring what every makes you, you! But don’t be afraid to have fun with it! You get your hair and makeup done on location, which was also a huge plus ! And throughout your shoot, you’re having your makeup/​hair attended to! As for Ashley, she was such a sweetheart to work with and she really made us all feel comfortable in front of the camera. I can’t say enough how much fun we had!
The photos itself came out so beautiful. Seriously, was that me?! The overly tired, busy, working mom of 3 small children?! I had such a hard time narrowing it down to my favorites…
To the Studio Allure team, thank you for making me, my mom, and my sisters feel absolutely gorgeous! The group photo you captured was extremely special for us. And for me, this was an empowering experience. The last time I had «professional solos» done was for my senior portraits in high school. So to look at these images at the woman I’ve become was just amazing. Thank you!

Ashley Bee has a gift in capturing the client’s true self on film. My experience at Ashley Bee was life changing. I saw myself as not just a mother, wife and business person, I saw myself as a woman.

I had an amazing experience at Studio Allure with photographer Ashley Bee. I went in to get my professional portrait photos taken for my designer profile. She has a gorgeous makeup room where you get your hair and makeup styled. I was super nervous and awkward at first but not only did Ashley make me feel comfortable, she made me feel pretty! I think this new take on glamour shots are so much fun and obviously needed for career ladies! I’d love to go back for a girls day out with my mom! She has great deals that she offers around holidays which made it affordable. My portrait shots came out amazing and made my designer profile look so much more professional.
