The New Image Hair Studio

I used a groupon for a haircut, condition, and blow dry with Yvonne. I cut 12 inches off my hair and donated it. She really took her time shampooing and conditioning, she gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a really long time and she even curled it and fully styled me up. I was more than happy with my service at the new image salon and will definitely be going back! I recommend everyone to try them out if they expect the best salon experience.

My first time ever going here and I was Impressed! I am so happy to have found a place closer to my home and have such great service. Everyone is so friendly and nice! I had my hair done by Yvonne, and she was amazing. Very friendly and listened to what I wanted done. I have very fine hair and curls, she was able to trim off everything I wanted done and the color came out fantastic. I was very pleased when I left! Thank you!

I have been going to New Image for years. I always got my hair done by the pervious owner Lisa. She was amazing. Laura is now the new owner and she is so wonderful. She also does my hair, which is perfect every time !

I get my hair done by Laura Holley, she always does an amazing job on my color, highlights and style. She goes out of her way to make sure I am happy with my hair each and every time I walk out of the salon. She is very friendly and professional and really knows her job. Would never go to anyone else.

I have been going to Kelly for Years and just this last week she bleached my roots and did my hair for my wedding. She does an amazing job and is always honest about what products will do what to my hair. She took my hair from red to blonde and did an amazing job. She, Lisa the owner, and all of the other stylists make you feel like you are at home. Kelly is an amazing colorist and stylist! Thank you for everything you have done!

After being a client at New Image for over two years now, I’m pretty astounded at the recent negative review. I’ve been treated very well each and every time I’ve had my appointments and have come away pleased as punch with the way my hair looks. I’m very certain none of the people at New Image are rude to customers. Some people are just looking for an excuse to complain or don’t listen to the information they’re given .
This salon has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with highly skilled hairdressers and a super owner, Lisa. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I work here, at New Image Hair Studio, and was present during the procedure that your daughter was given. I don’t recall anyone being rude, as a matter of fact, it is not Danielle’s genetic makeup to be rude. And if the color were to have washed out within a few washes, we wish that you would have called back to fix the issue. As much as we care about our client satisfaction, we care just as much about our reputation. All of our work is guaranteed, and it was explained to you, corrective colors will fade. Regardless of it being permanent or Demi. As any good stylist knows, demi hair color will stay in the hair longer than permanent when corrective color is done. Not only will Demi color stay longer It saves the integrity of the hair. Danielle takes her work very serious and is upset by this situation.

I walked into this place after being at the Realtors next door to schedule an appointment. I was told the people who could schedule the appointment stepped out. The person helping me is in the first station as you walk in. She asked who I wanted to schedule my appointment with, I said I am new there. She offered a name to me… I will not mention what name she gave me but I told her that I prefer to schedule an appointment with someone who has been there a while. The lady told me my appointment would be scheduled with the person she mentions, this person is the assistant of the owner, she has to recommend her and she is good. I guess she didn’t care about my request, the customer. I want someone really experienced. As a customer I have a right to ask for someone more experience and did not appreciate the tone nor my request waved away. What happened to customer service. I walked out, refuse to go there now and I will not, nor do I recommend this place.

This hair Salon was recommended to me by my friend who was very happy with her hair cut. So I decided to make a appointment for hair color with Ish, one of the stylist there. When I first went in the salon, my impression was good. Nice and clean atmosphere. Ish was very nice, he got me the exact color I wanted… everything was good except he didn’t wipe off the dark hair color spots on my forehead, and I had to walk around in the mall looking like that. Last Saturday I had a appointment at 10 am with Ish, I was like 10 mins late… when I entered the salon their were 2 ladies sitting at the front desk, one of them was very fat and stuck up, when I said Hi to her, she didn’t reply and she rolled her eyes. I was like OKAY! The other one went in the back to tell Ish I was there, when she came back she didn’t say anything to me (like how long it’ll be or have a seat), so I just sat down to wait. I was waiting their patiently for about 45 minutes… Ish never came out. The stylist were passing by, they did not even acknowledged me, just talking really loud to each other. Even the other customer in the salon were staring at me because at that point I had been waiting for almost a hour with no
, when I got fed up, I just walked out with out saying anything. When the owner (who was in the parking lot smoking) seen me walking out, she was like ”oh, he never got you started?” I was like no. and she said”well, I could get you started”.I was like NO that’s okay. I mean like SERIOUSLY! your trying to kiss ass now when I walked out already, what she didn’t see me waiting there almost a hour, why couldn’t she offer to get me started then. When I told my friend who recommended me, she informed me then that the stylist all do have attitudes there and they were fighting with each other in front of her while she was getting her hair
very unprofessional. I guess they don’t appreciate their clients. Ish does a good job cutting hair and he’s really sweet, but I’m very disappointing in the way he treated me that day. I threw his business card in the thrash. I would not recommend any of my friends to this place. I’d rather go all the way to L. A to my hair stylist to get my hair done, at least their professional and very friendly.

A big thank you to Kelly and New Image for being the only (or so it seemed) salon open the day after Christmas. Kelly is amazing. She did a fantastic job with both the cut and color. I will definitely return.

Ria has been my hairstylist for 4 years, when she moved from Santa Monica to Murrieta I had no problems traveling 2 ½ hours for a cut. She is the very best out there and knows what she is doing. I would recommend to her to anyone.
