Visiting Nurse Association of the Inland Counties

I can’t speak for the quality of the nurses. My review is for the lack of intelligence in the office. Last year, for no apparent reason, I started receiving mail from this place. Now, you might think that they’re just trying to drum up business. But, I live over 100 miles from them on the west end of LA county (almost Ventura county). After I received the second mailing, I called and asked to be removed from their list. The woman I spoke to agreed that it was weird I was on their list and said she would remove me. Well, I’m still on it. I wouldn’t trust them with anything having to do with health issues. in my opinion, if you can’t run an office properly, you can’t manage your staff.

The 2 negative reviews were obviously submitted before the new management and owner took control of this business.
My wife had a medical situation that landed her in a wheelchair with less than encouraging outcomes. I was told to look into long term institutional care. I visited 2 properties and promised my wife she would not be left to vegetate in one of those places.
We were blessed with the good fortune of being referred to Visiting Nurses Association of Murrieta. From the very first call and follow-​up visit we were treated with compassion and kindness. Each professional was encouraging and always concerned about Carol’s well being.
I want to give special kudos to Lisa Whitton, the Physical Therapy Assistant, who’s skill and persistence got my wife out of the wheelchair and on her feet. We still have a ways to go, but we are both excited about her progress and anxious to continue building strength and balance.
We highly recommend VNA and will give rave reviews to our doctor’s office and especially AARP.

These are the WORST visiting health care nurses ever, They may act like they care and are nice sometimes but they are rotten apples right to the core. They have got to be the most cruelest people that I have ever known. They bully people and some are just outright cruel while others pretend to be nice and then they say things behind a person’s back that are hurtful and not
because of this, these nurses can not be trusted to do their job properly obviously.(the murrieta division).I am not sure about the other cities that they work in and can not rate them since I have never dealt with them. I have had experience with other visiting nurses organizations that were great but not these. the visiting nurse association of the inland counties (murrieta) are visiting nurses that I would NEVER recommend to anyone unless they do not mind putting themselves or their loved ones life in TERRIBLE DANGER.
