Wendy’s

I want this place to not suck, but it does.
I waited in drive thru for 12 minutes. By the time I got to the pay/​pickup window I swear I almost saw the sun set and rise again. The workers were very nonchalant about how slow they were being and they forgot my potato.
I wanted my microwaved overcooked potato and I wanted it now. The reason I went the drive thru route was to avoid having to do any physical activity. I had to get out of my car to go inside and remind them that I was missing an extremely important potato. Then I saw one of the ladies throwing nuggets into the little container with her bare hands and if Unilocal!allowed videos I would post it. I’m pretty sure that’s not cool with the health department. Safe to say I did not eat any of my nuggets and it is probably the only time I’ve ever thrown away food unfinished.
I love Wendy’s, but this red-​headed stepchild of a location makes me loathe that broad.

I love Wendy’s but I do hate that every time I order a Jr BACON cheeseburger I have to double check and make sure they put the bacon on the burger. It always happens at this location. I go through drive thru so I don’t have time to go back and have the meal be fixed. Tonight they messed up my order again. I drove off with no bacon on my burger when I paid extra for it. And an extra meat patty I asked for in my cheeseburger (which I paid for) wasn’t in the burger. Disappointed.

Saw the horrible rating before driving over there but figured it was just picky people on Unilocal considering it IS fast food but holy shit. The only reason I went to Wendy’s in the first place was because I was craving chili on a rainy night. Get there and they’re out of chili. So I order chicken nuggets instead and the woman just hands me my food then walks away. I try to wave her down for some sauce but she’s off talking to someone so I honk. She comes back obviously irritated and tells me that they are out of everything except honey mustard. Then I get home and try the nuggets and they aren’t even hot and have been twice fried. Rubbery as fuck and taste like oil. Literally the worst fast food I’ve ever had. They don’t even deserve the 2 and a half stars that they do have.

Quick and friendly service. Always super fast. Sometimes they forget to ask if you wang sauce or something, they’re always in a hurry. But I get it.

Food was fire and Abraham was great at taking our order. He was hilarious and made our stop even better!

Went for MY Father’s Day Special. I always get the baked potato, chill, and a chocolate frosty. Years ago when we didn’t have so much me and my family could «get by» with a visit to Wendy’s. Now it’s my Father’s Day treat. Always good. Always hot. Frosty is my milk shake. Wendy’s should have a National Father’s Day Treat, baked potato, bowl of chili, and a chocolate frosty… all for $ 5.00

Don’t get me wrong I love Wendy’s food but the service was just awful. So awful I’m taking the time to write a review. They had several missing items. Things I paid for that I shouldn’t have. Service was very slow and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

Good lemonade; too bad Wendy’s is a hamburger place, not a lemonade stand. I ordered a double. I tasted a salad — a GREASY salad. Note to the red-​haired lady: there is a difference between juicy and greasy — #GETITTOGETHER!

This place would make Dave turn over in his grave… what ever happened to quality… it used to be a treat to go to wendys… they need some real improvements. maybe if more employees took pride in there work the food would be better.

I would have given it 5 stars if the tables were clean. Despite the dirty dining area, the food and service is great. I had the Asiago Chicken Club sandwich combo and the meat was hot, the tomatoes weren’t soggy and the fries were fresh and hot. I really enjoy the strawberry lemonade as well… very refreshing! The customer service here was very pleasant.

First and last time here. Staff messed up my order. Then when I went to tell them, they charged me extra to fix what they missed. Bad service! They Should have fixed it free of charge as they are the ones who didn’t put in my order correctly. I don’t expect everything for free but I work in customer service myself and would have done it as a courtesy, especially if it’s only .40 cents! Told him to keep the change as they obviously need it. Couldn’t even talk to a manager as he was too busy on his cell phone.

Always thought Wendy’s was one if the better fast food choices. Had to swing by to try the pretzel bacon cheeseburger. Gonna have to double up on burpees tomorrow to work this off.

Pretty decent Wendy’s considering it’s fast food. We usually come here for the chicken nuggets and the Frosty’s. So far it hasn’t disappointed. The drive thru is pretty quick and the food is hot and fresh when we get it.

EVERYTIME I come here they are always messing up my order!!! Missing 1 thing or adding something I didn’t want & paid for. I hate to complain because I’m afraid if I ask them to remake it they’ll spit in my food but the last time I have had enough! I ordered 3 spicy chicken nuggets & a sour cream & chive potato. The girl in the window hands me my order, says thank you & disappears. I go to check me order & see that they didn’t include any any sauces it sour cream… I literally had to wait until the girl came back and asked her for sauce… she have me 1 sauce and said thank you and disappeared again… I had to remind her that I had 3 orders & needed more sauce…

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I came in on Jul 1, 2014 it took them 10 minutes before I can take my order. the manager a black guy and Elizabeth the cashier was rude and giving dirty looks. The manager was nice to the customer in front of me which was a white female but he treated me different I am Mexican by the way and proud of it. I have never felt so discriminated against. THE FOOD was cold and my order was wrong so not worth $ 20 buck I am never going back to any WENDYS I love Wendy’s food but if they don’t train their employees and managers they will lose many customers.

I hadn’t been to a wendy’s in a LONG time, but I was out voted and the group chose to come here. 4 chicken nuggets and a bottle of water were awesome. Staff was nice and the place seemed clean enough.

The new bbq ranch salad is great, the chicken sandwiches are yummy (especially the spicy one), and so is the strawberry lemonade! Definitely great to have the salad and lemonade on a hot day. Very friendly employees and one of the front workers named Frank does very well at his job he has awesome customer service!

We waited 5 min before we could order because they were all prepping the couple’s order in front of us. They got our order wrong when it finally came after 10 minutes. They did bring is extra fries after screwing up, though.

Nothing too bad. The food was fresh and hot! Tasted delicious!
My only gripe — and maybe it my my fault — but our table was grimy and dirty. Perhaps if we had chosen a different table?
The staff were very polite. There are flat screens throughout the dining area. Nice.

Went in the drive thru– received my food & then was waiting for my drink. Instead of the person working asking me «is that it?» OR «did you need anything else?» she says «thank you» & shuts the little glass door. so i waited until she came back…& yet again she open the glass door looks at me and says «thank you» then as soon as shes about the shut the door i said «you forgot my drink!» …i was given my drink & i drive off. i check my bag and what do you know? i have the wrong salad and the wrong dressing! I had to go into Wendy’s & fix my order. :/
