This is the only place I go. The food is always great. Great portions for a great price.
The place is usually busy, but I have never had to wait long.
The staff is ALWAYS so friendly And The owner is super nice.

Really good food! We went there on a Sunday around 12:30 on our way home from a camping trip and the place was packed (only had to wait about 5 or so mins for a table). My husband ordered the Reuben sandwich, it was delicious. I ordered the boneless wings, and they were amazing (real chicken breast, best I’ve ever had, better than BWW in my opinion). Since they were so busy, it took a little longer than normal to get our food, but it was worth it. Most people were eating breakfast, and it all looked delicious, especially the stuffed hash browns. We will definitely stop back at this place when we’re passing through town.

Stopped here on our way home from camping. The food was great but I have to admit I was a little intimidated by all the signs requiring proper clothing and prohibiting vulgar language. It kind of makes me wonder what goes on there! Let’s get to the food though. I had the stuffed hash browns with and egg on top. It was great! I was very full and had to take half of it home with me. Great little diner feel. I would eat here again. I’d give it 5 stars if they had proper brown sausage gravy and not just white country gravy.

I’m in Muskegon for the next few months for work. I call for takeout 4 – 5 times a week. If you’re looking for affordable diner/coney type food, you can’t go wrong with this place!

Simple cash only diner/café on a pretty bleak street with super friendly staff wearing tie dyed t-shirts (imagine your sister or grandma in a tie dye shirt and you get the picture). While there was nothing gourmet about this place the coffee was hot, and kept coming and the standard American diner fare was quite good. Expect to see a crowded dining room full of locals and beach vacationers alike.
We were very happy we walked into this place! You will be too.
Simple food. Good prices. Cash only. Big parking lot. Small café on the inside.

The hashbrowns here were fantastic, especially the stuffed hash browns — I highly recommend them! The service was friendly and fast, and they could recommend the closest ATM, since it’s cash only (Walgreen’s, on a Sunday morning, a mile up the road).

Love this! That being said I’m a sucker for local diner deals. Maybe it reminds me of my childhood… Getty Street Grill brings me right back to that. The owner is always there to greet you and the food is classic diner deliciousness. Whenever I’m in town I always end up coming here for breakfast or brunch and it never fails please.

Great staff. Very friendly and efficient. The stuffed hashbrowns were ordered by three of my group and we all thought they were quite good. I had an eggs benedict. Sadly, it was buried in canned cheesesauce (like bars put on nachos). The egg was done to perfection making the disappointment of the taste that much worse, because it could have been very good with a good sauce. Mine came out room temperature but, the waitress was really good about responding and getting it warmed up at least.
The place was clean and food had a good price.
BUT…BUYER BEWARE. They do not take anything but cash.

Clean and friendly diner with good AC.
All the usual American breakfast and lunch sandwich choices. Good strawberry lemonade. Family friendly. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go there but there is not much else nearby.

Clinton Township, MI

Independent diners is what makes small towns appealing. Nothing beats good, simple food. This particular place is pretty busy. Clearly, it’s a favorite of the locals. They are many regulars that come here for coffee and conversation. You know that people come in large groups because most of the table are large 6 footers. The omelets were really good and the service staff is always friendly. This is a place I would take friends visiting from a different city or state.
