Horizons Dental

I had my 1^st Appointment last week and an appointment this week. They called to reschedule my time but I missed the call as well missed my appointment. With tooth pain as bad as I have I asked to get seen by the doc and the lady that answered said I couldn’t get another appointment until next week Tuesday. So I said maybe I should look for a new dentist because the pain was unbearable. She says «good luck» So I say did you really just say that? She said yes good luck with finding a new dentist we can no longer help you. Her name was Jessica. So much for having a caring team to answer phones and take care of your clients. It was the most disrespectful time I’ve ever had dealing with a dentist/​doctor. I was just astounded by the way I was treated, cheers to you Jessica!!!
