Tried to come here to replace my broken phone while traveling cross country. I spoke to a heavy-​set man with something like a fohawk. The guy was not helpful at all, even insulted my wife, apparently for not being a professional on t-​mobile policies. Dude had no problem sending me back on the road without a phone, but definitely would have helped me buy a prepaid phone/​plan. The next chance I had to stop at a t-​mobile store, 6 hours down the road, they stayed an hour after they closed to help me sort the issue out and get a phone in my hands.
So, not that there is much choice, but if you’re in Muskogee, this T-​mobile might ruin your day.
