This company is a disgrace. To start, towards the end of my home buying process we switch agents due to prior agent missing inspections, no negotiation, no communication for weeks and let that be known to Jill. She agreed that was awful, and offer her services. We said well jill we realize there is little to no work for you to do(just an extension(piece of paper) so can you negotiate the pricing again yet she still expected full commission and made the comment«this is barely enough for me to buy dinner» which did not sit well with me but we overlooked it and proceeded. Next she promise all these low referral prices for closing Attorney and homeowners insurance which was not the case either(so we decided to use our own guys) — this was one reason we were going to be okay with her getting full commission feeling we will save based on referrals for closing attorney and homeowners insurance. we realize that its hard to give the price for referrals bc of this; you can never say what the next man’s price will be. We were not even introduce properly to the referrals they just call one day«we are your attorney and need, this, this, and that». Luckily, I said wait; we need to know your pricing because never signed any papers to represent us and found out their price was double what we were told by the agent.- the agent called me and her next comment«before you start saying things, know the facts» did not sit with me well when I told her I did ask the referrals their price and very different than what you said so I know the facts– who talks to their customer like this and think relationship will remain healthy. Since this, it was hell. For weeks no response, when you do get response via email very ghetto«I thought I told u responses», never properly introduce to her assistant and closing dept so you are toss around like a file number. I just business like this buying a house for the first time I was even told via email to forge my spouse signature since he’s unavailable on the electronic documents.- which of course we didn’t. I finally pick up the phone to complain to the broker just not happy and disturbs me bc purchasing from NYC in SC and this agent knew prior issues and doing same thing –the very first thing the broker did was say well our commission is $$$$ and we have a contract and found it hard to believe… then hang up twice back to back — where is the service I called back of course very upset and explained to the broker in charge(I too as CPA candidate deals with customers and sometimes customers can make me very upset(even if I want to say kiss my ass wouldn’t dare…/ yet alone hang up the phone on a client who makes my lifestyle possible via payment). She made it very clear that it all boiled down to a contract and them getting paid so I stated you are basically forcing us to deal with yall due to payment and you don’t care as broker… I have since filed ethnic charges based on evidence(emails/proof) your agent has not been working and first thing you discuss us non-refundable fees instead of correcting the issue… why else did I contact you and as broker in charge should never tell someone you don’t care because you are getting paid period– without correcting the issue. We have also asked them to negotiate certain terms on the contract and every time an automated response: the seller said no; they do no negication… so in our case we end up paying full asking price for a house(please tell me why we needed an agent) Save the headache and go to professionals not wrapped around a contract to just get paid. I’ve never and mean never encounter business where the owner hangs up the phone and still forced to collect pment. — rude and disrespectful

Same here, they don’t communicate with the seller after they get your listing. Not one sales agent from their office has shown our home since we signed on with them 5 months ago. They rely on the MLS to sell your home. When you ask them why they tell you they don’t have any buyers in our price range. So why did you take the listing if that is the case???

Would not recommend. They took. our listing never placed signage at our property never updated us with status. All communication was initiated by us, promises made that they would do better and marketing strategy was to drop price to get activity. The job needed was real estate sales and waiting for customers and letting the internet do the work seems to be the approach. Very disappointing as they tout themselves as the best and the story is convincing. fool me once.

This is the most outstanding real estate agency in Myrtle Beach. The agents are extremely well-trained, experienced, and taught that customer service is the highest priority. I highly recommend them.
