Found this place by accident and fell in love as soon as we walked in the door. It’s an upscale neighborhood joint with great food. Anthony and Louie the bartenders were very friendly and made our experience just that much better. Highly recommend trying it out!

I see some rated this as a 5 star. Although is was a nice ambitious and the food was alright, Travinos in Market Commons has this place best hands down. Perhaps it’s rated so high based on the bar drinks that look quite nice. I want with the red wine since I was having Italian

Nice cozy place. Was there on Friday night and Paul was excellent singer. I had the osco busco and it was one of the best I had! My mates also had a good experience. Would recommend this for a nice dinner for the price is a little high for the specials.

The place has the most amazing bar I have seen in a long time. Staff was very helpful and nice. Their martini was delicious. Food was great(tomato basil soup and salad) and abundant. We loved the place and we will come back for sure.

This restaurant is a must if you like Italian food. Owner is always there to ensure his customers are satisfied! Portions are large so they are great for sharing. Recommend going for Happy Hour so you can try a variety of the appetizers. We visit at least once(if not more) every time we are in the area! :)

We ended up at Crave by accident. Our group of six was in town for a conference, and ended up wanting to go out for dinner later than we planned. Lucky accident for us! Terrific food, fantastic service! Louis(Louie?) waited on us. Our party had some differing tastes; a filet, some had the special(which escapes me, but they all enjoyed it) and I had shrimp & veal saltimbocca which was incredible. Highly, highly recommended!

If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, look no further. This place is 5 star in every category. I’m Italian and was looking for the best Italian restaurant in Myrtle Beach. Little did I know it was within walking distance of our hotel. The food is amazing. I’ve eaten there at least 8 times while on our 2 month vacation. From the calamari, homemade bread with olive oil dipping to the incredible salad and pasta with meatballs made with veal and pork, I felt like I was once again at my Grandmother’s Sunday dinner table. All the care that she took in only using the finest Italian ingredients I have found«the taste» that I thought only she could prepare. The owner made you feel like he was a relative, and the staff were right on que and very politeful. The atmosphere was very warm and the smell was mouth watering. Frank Sinatra was singing his famous repertoire and everyone there was having such a good time. The margarita pizza that my husband got was the very best he has ever had. He tried several different kinds including the sausage and pepperoni and extra cheese. It just melts in your mouth. The veal parmigiano, which I heard them pounding out was so tender and juicy. But it’s their sauce. I had the pomadoro which was incredible along with their meat sauce which was so rich and robust. Only the top of the line authentic ingredients go into making their large selection of entrees. Most importantly, they are truly passionate about their craft. Going back home to Pittsburgh this week… I surely will miss coming here to eat. I wish my Gramma was still alive so I could enjoy her cooking again… I guess I’ll have to wait till next year to enjoy it once again at The Crave Italian Oven and Bar. Gracie! Salute!!!

The food was truly homemade Italian. It was amazing! The service was fast and the server was super friendly and efficient. We had to wait a few minutes for a table but it was worth it! They have a complimentary valet that is very helpful bc they have a rather small parking lot. You don’t have to go hunting around for a spot! This was my second time there and I WILL be back!

Finally an awesome little find in Myrtle Beach. Quaint. Awesome food. Great atmosphere. I got the special-Mahi Mahi & Shrimp Scampi and it was delicious. Salad and bread were perfect as well. Looking for a non chain local eatery? This is it. Pizzas looked amazing too. Highly recommend. Thanks Crave for a great dinner.

Saturday night was my first visit to Crave. The food was good(hoping the pizza is better than the pasta dishes we ordered) and the atmosphere was great, however there are a couple of things that surprised me and did not make sense. The silverware was the cheap dollar store kind that you expect to use at a diner, which was surprising to me because the average dinner entrée is between $ 20 and $ 25(excluding pizza). Small hole-in-the wall places in Italy had nicer silverware. The portion sizes are large so naturally the average patron will have leftovers. We asked for a box and the server took our plates back to be wrapped up. It seems they have only small styrofoam boxes, because she crammed our leftovers into two small boxes and wrapped them in plastic wrap. When we got home we discovered the sauce had leaked out of the boxes and was seeping through the plastic. Such a mess. One more thing that irritated me… While we were waiting for a table for 45 minutes(even though we did«call ahead seating» hours before) a server brought drinks to people waiting sitting right next to us and didn’t offer to get us anything to drink. I understand you need to ask in most situations, but a server definitely missed out on more tips for just bringing a drink from the packed bar over to the waiting area(15 feet away).

I took the family here early on New Year’s Eve for dinner. From the welcome as we walked in to the last bite of our dinners, we were all blown away. My youngest two split a cheese pizza that was phenomenal. It was crispy with just the right amount of sauce. The best part, however, was the fresh mozzarella loaded on the pizza. Needless to say, the kids were not hungry when we left. My oldest got the homemade lasagna. It was enough for two people. Perfect amount of meat and sauce, you could tell it was from an old family recipe. One of the best lasagna dishes we have ever tasted.(I couldn’t resist taking a bite or two). My girlfriend ordered the filet with Gorgonzola cream sauce. She didn’t even need a knife it was so tender. We have eaten at the finest restaurants, and this filet rivaled them all. I save the best for last. The pork osso boco was the highlight of the meal. So tender I just used my fork to pull apart the perfectly prepared dish. Make sure to get it over risotto. You will not be disappointed.

Crave is an upscale pizza and Italian restaurant. We were very pleased with the margarita pizza that we had ordered. We saw a number of dishes come out including lasagna, chicken dishes and some type of pasta with seafood, it all look very delicious. All of the employees work very hard and service was very good. I noticed that the manager was working very hard seating people as well as busing tables and serving meals.

I’m always excited to try new restaurants in Myrtle Beach! This was a carry out order. I ordered the pan-fried potato croquettes appetizer, a side house salad, a large Caesar salad, Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Crave with risotto and side veggies. I enjoyed the potato croquettes. Whenever I order them at other restaurants, they normally have cheese inside but these were just straight potato pan-fried. I got the large Caesar salad for lunch the next day but sneaked a couple of bites before it went into the fridge. The lettuce was crisp, the croutons were AMAZING and there was the perfect amount of dressing. In other words, it was yummy! The side house salad was mixed greens with their house made sundried tomato balsamic vinaigrette. It was really good. Now, on to the entrée! I’m a bit wary of ordering risotto(especially for carry out) because most of the time it’s not cooked properly and I get a mouthful of hard rice in my mouth. This was certainly not the case. Kudos to the chef who cooked the risotto because it was p-e-r-f-e-c-t! It was creamy and tasty. I seriously had to stop myself from shoving it all into my mouth at once. The stuffed chicken was flavorful and was moist, juicy, and tender. The veggies were sliced and steamed zucchini, squash, and tomatoes. I also received a loaf of bread with my order. The bread was fresh and crispy and went great with my caesar salad the next day. When my dad went to pick up the order, the manager(I think) gave him two complimentary cannolis to take home. Who does that? Free food? Heck yes! The cannoli was fresh and decadent. If I was this pleased with carry out, I can’t wait to actually dine in the next time we’re in town. I was very pleased with my meal and the quality of the ingredients. This is yet another restaurant going on our«must return to» list!

The bread came out first and was awesome, I ordered the pizza and it did not disappoint-delicious and really fresh ingredients! My husband ordered the Chicken Marsala and it was probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted-he could barely spare a bite and the portion was huge! The couple that we were with ordered the osso bucco and the lasagna and said they were very good!!! There was some live music which was fine, and the bar looks great! I can’t wait to come back and try happy hour!!!
