I was confused that they told us they only got 1 dozen of crabs left when we want to buy some, but they continued to serve couple customers after us with additional crabs. I hope it was just a miscommunication. The crabs were good sized, for 42 dollars per dozen. It is a little bit pricy compare to the 15 dollar crabs at Berry’s, albeit the latter is smaller by around 1⁄3. Rest of the seafood is also slightly more expansive as well. The most amazing part is that they many great beers on tap and in bottles. I was happy to see both pumking, dogfish head pumpkin ale and a germany wheat doubldbock, there that I got a mix and match 6 pack.(14.99 per 6 bottles.) They were indeed delicious. Overall, okay experience. The service definitely needs to be improved. We were little offended, but I hope they meant well. Nice, clean store in Myrtle Beach for fresh seafood.

This seafood market is located a few doors down from the Mr. Fish restaurant. The interior is bright open and airy. They had an extensive selection of fish and shrimp, including some of the largest shrimp I have seen in a long time, perfect for grilling. We also chose some Grouper, which was very nice grilled up. The staff was great at helping us get the items we needed.

During my stay at Myrtle Beach my family loves to eat out. I mean, who doesn’t? However, I also love to balance my meals by whipping something up in the kitchen since we’re fortunate enough to stay in a condo. Upon eating at the Mr. Fish restaurant that was next door, I was excited to see they had a fish market! This fish is FRESH. The first night we bought shrimp, mahimahi, salmon and some freshly made cocktail sauce. EVERYTHING was delicious. The shrimp… And the cocktail sauce… AMAZING. Two days later we went back and bought some red snapper and a huge piece of tuna. The red snapper was to dye for! The tuna steak was HUGE and I admittedly cooked it all too long for my liking, but still did not disappoint. On our way home we just had to make one last stop at Mr. Fish. We decided to grab some red snapper, shrimp, grouper, and, under the advice of one of the employees, a fresh piece of corvina. He said its flown in over night from South America. Since I’m writing this review on my ride home, I obviously haven’t devoured our latest purchases, but there is no doubt in my mind that they will be just as fresh and tasty. This is a pure gem in North Myrtle. Freshest fish in the area. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. They also stock a huge variety of seasonings, sauces, cooking tools, and liquor. You can get all your seafood cooking supplies in the same store! In addition, their house made cocktail sauce is THEBEST. If you’re looking for a good fish market in Dirty Myrtle, this is no doubt the place to go.

Very nice, clean seafood shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of fresh local fish and shellfish as well as frozen items from other locals. Lots of sauces and accessories and of course a few souvenirs.
