Frontier Broadband Connect Myrtle Creek

S-​L-​O-​W-​E-​S-​T Internet service available on Earth (that I’m aware of). My mother uses Frontier and gets… wait for it… 4mbps speed. Not only that, but Frontier doesn’t answer their phones. You have to leave a message and hope they’ll call you back. Normally they won’t, but in the off chance they do, they are of little to no help.
Frontier does NOT maintain good customer relations, seems to have a corner on this tiny little market in Myrtle Creek, and does not promote quality services of any kind.
In order to cancel your service, you have to put it in writing and wait… Like they’ve done with my mother, they’ll ignore the cancellation notice and act as if they never received it… IF you can get them on the phone. The only way to do this is to leave a message indicating problems with service, to which Frontier will gladly charge you to troubleshoot, and then hope for a call back.
They partner with email companies that charge for their services, who also doesn’t return calls and you can’t reach live. Oh, that’s right… No way to cancel services once they have your bank info for auto pay. Yes, we’ll be closing that bank account immediately.
Do NOT get Frontier services if you have any options. I hope some of the big companies will see this post and work their way into the area.
