The bathroom stunk from outside! The workers were snotty and rude. And when eating the meatball Marinara I bit into 2 burnt ass meatballs! Old nasty vegetables! Brutes!

I love subway cookies I come here sometimes just for the cookies and buy a dozen. The other night I came here bought a dozen of chocolate chip cookies and when I got in the car and took a bite the cookies were rock hard and stale. I was so disappointed I wasted my money :(

Service is terrible, the girls working do not know what customer service is. The restaurant is super dirty with chips and lettuce under the tables. The restrooms are very unkept. wouldn’t come back to this location.

Worst service in the world! This subway is just around the corner from my house so it’s convenient to come here but sometimes I will drive the extra miles to go to another subway. I always feel so unwelcome here, the employees here always seem to have an attitude. I’m just a simple bread, ham, and cheese girl so not complicated at all, so I don’t deserve the attitude at all. Just last night when paying for my food the girl employee was ringing me up… literally said 11.94, I paid with my card, she walked away and by NOT saying THANK YOU or GOODBYE. Rude. Work on your customer service subway!

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Its fucking slow, the workers seem like they’re always to baked to know what they’re doing. They barely put anything on your sand which. You have to litteraly ask for more & they charge you for more lettuce? This place sucks, only went there because I am walking distance but honestly, I rather go to another subway than have my sand which half ass made with dirty workers. My bread is always burnt in the oven. Ugh. Not going back here.

This location sucks!!! Just left this location and they have horrible customer service. I specifically told the girl NOT to toast my sandwich and she did it anyway, she did not give me what I asked for and instead gave me a whole different sandwich and on top of all that she had an attitude.

This place is around the corner from my house, and I will never support the morons who own and work there again. Service is beyond rude. Took a few minutes for all the employees sitting at a table to realize I was there. While ordering instead of listening to me the girl was chatting it up with her coworkers in Spanish. When I gave her my coupon for a free cookie and she couldn’t figure out how to process it, and ended up calling over 2 others to help. After ringing me up they all walked away and didn’t give me the cookie, so I waited. When one if them came back she goes, «YES?» And I respons in the same tone telling her I never got the cookie. She walks away. Then the other one comes back and says they can’t give me the cookie because my coupon was from another subway. I say whatever, forget it, and the stupid bitch stops me and says she needs the cookie back. What cookie? You guys refused to give me one. I told her «you didn’t give me one» but she insists that she did. I emptied my purse and told them they need to get their shit together, because they’re all idiots.
I know it’s just a cookie, but it was ridiculous.

Gave me the wrong sandwich. Drove back to return it for my order. Was offered my original sandwich that someone else had already opened and touched, and returned when they saw it wasn’t their order. They eventually re-​made it, and once I got home I saw that the wrong dressing had been slathered on, which I was allergic to and unable to eat. I called the store and again, no apology. The employee just said «so, like, what do you want me to do» and didn’t offer any solution… so it was a big waste of time and money. Poor customer service.

Horrible customer service they didn’t even ask me anything I basically told them. The bread wasn’t fresh, and they overdid it with the mayonnaise and mustard. Not to mention the guy didn’t wrap it up correctly the sandwich fell apart as I opened it. thank God I was at my dinner table. They need to evaluate there employes and check they have fresh bread. I love Subway but this is one I would not go to again.

I normally wouldn’t write a review for fast food but… the service is terrible. They are very slow and spend more time chatting then making sandwiches. To top it off they don’t take $ 100 bills. There is no sign inside or outside. I had to go break a hundred because she informed me in a snarky manor they dont take Amex. When I returned 20 mins later they had put a sign on the register no bills over 20 $. All 3 «ladies» were rude. They also labeled my sandwiches wrong so I am stuck with turkey with jalapeños.

Had a horrible experience here. It sucks because it’s the closest subway to my house and subway is my go to fast food. My sandwich makers name was Adrian. Not only was he rude from the moment he realized he’s coworker was on break and he had to make my sandwich. He complained how he’s been there since 12am blah blah. I was the only one in the store yet it took almost 10 mins to even be helped. The worst part is how he made my sandwich. He could if done better if he closed his eyes. I went home and re arranged it so I could actually eat it. The 1 star is because I actually ate it. Other then that I’ll never be going back there again. :(

This location was great up until this past year when they hired some new staff.

I’m going to come back to leave a second review with the kid’s name but there is one guy, in particular, who I literally cannot stand. He has the WORST attitude, ²⁴⁄₇. Looks like he just smoked 3 blunts and couldn’t make a sandwich if his life depended on it. I’m so upset when I walk in there and he’s working because i KNOW I’ll be walking out with a skimpy, horrible sandwich.
That’s the other thing… I think this is the SKIMPIEST Subways of them all! If you ask them for cucumbers on a footlong… you’re gna get 4 thinly sliced cucumbers UNLESS you ask them for more. Same goes for the rest of the veggies, etc.

You should probably hire people who WANT to work and not these dumbass kids who can’t put simple ingredients on bread. honestly though…

Subways are all about the same, processed meat, cheese, bread, veggies and sauces. This one is no different, especially when it comes to the workers. People who take this job to pay the bills and don’t give a damn about anything else.
Any time I ask for something vegetable wise when there’s nothing left of if it just seems wilted I get the stink eye. Why is it I get a look from you when it’s your job to do things like this? Communication between the employees seem just as bad, they hardly speak above whisper level and seem to infuriate each other when they do, but never change their ways because only gods know why.
I’d rather go here than the Taco Bell across the street if it’s late at night and I need food after work, though.

I think this subway should retake their photos of their sandwiches that are posted up since the sandwiches look nothing like them once made. That is what we are paying for. Right?! The sandwich that I got was lacking on the ingredients. I had to ask for more or else I would have had 5 olives, 3 green peppers (half an inch in size) total on my sandwich. You get what I am saying?! In cutting corners they are making their sandwiches skimpier and skimpier. Next thing you know we will just be eating bread. Now all I am asking for is what I am paying for and so my sandwich should look like the picture next to the description. Subway, retake your pictures so there is no false advertisement going on. Don’t charge me and put hardly anything on my sandwich when my sandwich should look amazing like the photos on their boards.

Food was amazing but the service was horrible. I will not come back to this location again. Melissa my sandwich maker had no manners and was swearing the whole time. Seemed to be no manager on the floor… sad.

They charge you for Feta Cheese here? Lol after I waited 10 minutes to see 1 customer get 10 sandwiches done, don’t come to this subway, go to another!

The service in this Subway is lacking… ok, it’s bad. The sandwiches are sloppy and uneven and the staff exhibit a general lazy attitude. The last time I went, the employee ripped the bread by accident and just kept making the sandwich. When I asked politely for new bread, the employee rolled his eyes and sighed heavily at me, then begrudgingly got new bread. I live near here but I don’t go to this Subway anymore. I drive to a store that is farther away where the service is friendly.

Love the smell of the fresh bread. Mmmmhmmmm
Ingredients are always pretty fresh too.
Lately, Subway has offered many soup and sandwich combos that are reasonably priced, along with $ 5 footlong specials.

They were open on Christmas, thank you from team atheist (pay your people extra for that)!
A good subway with all the regular stuff and the girl that made my sandwich was awesome, I’ll be back.
