They were very friendly and helpful every time I called, and they did great work with no hold-​ups. I think they even cleaned the melted, half-​eaten peanut butter cup that flew onto the dash when we had our wreck (it might have been the place it was towed to at the time of the accident). They were willing to answer any questions we had over the time they had our car, and kept us updated regularly with upbeat text message alerts. I’d definitely go to them again.

Excellent work. And in time quoted. They did call me once to let me know of a delay, kudos. VERY polite. VERY efficient.
ONLY reason I knocked off on star was due to my anxiety and nervousness and THEIR lack or reassurance.
I REALLY could have used some, and I know this is their business and they’re pro’s. But had it been a different situation, such as, say someone needing surgery, they would have liked to spoken to the surgeon, know the plan, how long recovery would take, how much the total would cost (with and without deductible) etc.
Just saying, I could have used a LOT of reassurance.
But the work was excellent
