Mistakes happen. I’d shopped Consumer Reports & chose the top 3 recommended brands of all season tires & went in to see which, if any, they had in stock. They had the highest rated all season in stock, at the best price in town. (Yes I shopped pricing online before heading out) I was in & out in 45 minutes. Upon arriving home, I noticed they’d installed the wrong brand — still excellent, but not what I’d chosen. I returned, they recognized me right away and rushed to serve me. They admitted their mistake (the incorrect tire was 1 line above the tire I’d chosen on the computer screen & he’d fat fingered the entry) They pulled my car right in, no haggle to keep the wrong brand, nothing — just a sincere apology for the mistake & they were on it. I was taken care of in a half hour! If you need tires, look no further. Discount Tire will exceed your highest expectations for quality, value and above all — excellent customer service with a smile! I’m grinning as I write this, it’s so refreshing to experience excellence nowadays. I experienced it today.

Exceptional service. I don’t have the slightest idea when it comes to tires, but I’m tired of always be over priced for things. Kenny was super helpful. He laid out all of my best options, and his recommendations for my price budget. He was very patient and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. They ordered the tires In very quickly and I was in and out the door in less than an hour. Super friendly staff, clean store, convenient location. Very well managed, client services above and beyond. I will only buy my tires from these guys. I had an issue with some tires I bought and they took care of me without having to haggle with them about it. They also have great prices and when it’s time to rotate the tires, they don’t make you wait long like most other tire shops do. When I lived in Seattle, they were the same way there. Their company is very professional and I highly recommend them.

First let me say we love Discount Tire and will continue to buy tires from them. Unfortunately, today I had an appt at 330pm and with a line at the desk I had to wait in line with all the walk-​in customers that they were putting in the bay ahead of me when they made a «sale». Then I get to the desk and the quote «out the door» we received didn’t include the ‘warranty’ as we were requested. What good is an appointment if you don’t value my time? What good is a quote if you mis-​quote us? Suggestion, when people walk in, ask if they have an appointment already and help them first, then assist those valued walk-​in clients. Don’t make us wait 30 minutes in line when it’s going to take another 45 minutes to do the tires, that’s why we made an appointment! Also, honor quotes! We were surprised at the additional $ 140 at the desk checking out for added warranty charge. We always ask for the quote to include the warranty per tire so we can see the whole financial picture and had understood the quote we received now didn’t include that. I never thought I’d leave a review for a tire store, but these guys rock! On our way from Arizona to Washington we picked up a nail in one of our tires. This Discount Tires was the place we happened to stop to get it patched and the gods were smiling upon us. We got quick, polite service. They patched it super fast and it wasn’t some quick fix. They took the tire off to do the patch. And on top of all this, they didn’t charge us. We were back on the road and headed home. If I lived near Nampa, this is where we’d get tires and have work done.

After a long road trip and a flat tire, I had a great experience at Discount Tires in Nampa. Justin was SUPER nice and helpful. I ended up bringing my other car in for a new set of tires too because they were so great. Thanks for the great service!
