Affordable Repair & Maintenance

Over the last year I have watched Affordable Repair & Maintenance work on dry rot repairs throughout my neighborhood (gated community). The owners and workers are very professional and friendly. The work area is always clean and safe. Their work is fast, efficient and very thorough, even down to matching the paint on all repairs.
I highly recommend them and know in the future I will use them for any and all repairs I may need.

We tend to be stubborn DIYers whenever possible — as evidenced by our partially painted living room (I’ll get to it… eventually.) So, when the ballast went out in my son’s window followed by the lock breaking– causing the window to fall into the room whenever it was open, I figured we’d just change the lock ourselves. That didn’t work, the window was simply busted and, frankly, it was old and let a LOT of heat into that room.
My next door neighbor had just had her windows changed out and they looked sharp and she said they kept the house a lot cooler than before. I asked her who did the work and she said Affordable Repair and Maintenance.
I called Steve, the owner, and he and his son came out (love family-​owned businesses!), took measurements, and hand-​delivered a quote on the project the next day.
Once the windows that they’d ordered arrived, Steve moved us to the front of their line of projects because of the safety hazard of the window falling– something I really appreciated.
They showed up by 9am with a full crew and had the windows replaced, new window trim (including painting the trim a matching color) and caulked and were out of there by 3:00. They even cleaned up the dust the installation created in my son’s room. Truth be told, the room was cleaner when they left than when they got there.
I’m very happy with the service, professionalism and fantastic work provided by Affordable Repair and Maintenance and I intend to refer them to anyone I know looking for a good quality general contracting company.
