I’m a fan of this store! There are always friendly sales people and awesome merchandise.
You can get a super duper deal here if you wait around for the end of season clearance sales. I have been known to score many pieces here for under $ 12, up to 80 or 90% off. Patience pays off!

I’m always amazed that I’m unable to leave this store without buying something, however that says more about the product than the store presentation and service. The service level is just right, in that the associates will inquire if I need any help, but are not overbearing or swarm too much. My best advice is to come during the middle of the week, and definitely not the weekend. I worked at the Napa Outlets for a holiday season, and weekends are a hotbed for tour buses heading through wine country, and either the product will be picked over or getting a fitting room will be an issue.
Would highly recommend J. Crew Factory, and this store particularly for anyone who wants the J. Crew aesthetic without their recent price jump.

I used to love going to this J Crew because they had a great assortment of sizes and styles. My girlfriends and I would make a day of it and get lunch in Napa and head to the outlets nearby. We went this past weekend and I was very disappointed with this J Crew. They only had one fit of jeans for men and women and the available sizes were limited. The store also looked kind of sparse and limited with empty shelves and way too many displays of the same merchandise over and over. There were only two sales associates available to service the entire store. With Christmas right around the corner, you would expect a different experience than what I found. The only shining light was that there was an extra 20% off of 40% off discount being offered that day and the sales staff was very nice though limited in their availability to help customers.

I love J. Crew. Let’s just get that obvious statement out of the way. This review is for this particular store… which is great!
As all the wineries close up by 5:30, and we weren’t having dinner until 9:30, hmmm, what-to-do… what-to-do… let’s go shopping!
While it’s obviously a factory store, it still has the feeling of a J. Crew store which is nice. I bought one of their perfect tees in NEON (!!!) and the most adorable critter charm necklace, oh, and a gold glitter bow barrette. (Technically from the Crewcuts section, but whatevs. It’s cute on me too.)
The store was super clean, all the merchandise displayed nice and neat. The salespeople were friendly. They even had an employee attending the fitting rooms. Bonus: the girl ringing me up asked if I was a student (I am) and once I showed her my student ID, she gave me a student discount on top of the sale price! Score!

This store is always impeccable. You can tell the employees actually enjoy working there because of the way it reflects in their interactions with customers. The fitting room staff is always attentive being sure to remember and address you by your name. It’s the little things that show that this store is trying (and doing) a great job. The clothing I’ve purchased has proven quality, displayed little to no shrinking after washing; however, the sizes do run large but hey, it’s also a self esteem booster to be able to ask for a smaller size. They offer both student and AAA discounts.

Boyfriend was able to get very good quality sweaters here for cheaper prices. we ended up returning some of the sweaters we just bought at the Gap Outlet because the selection here was better and it most cases, cheaper for the quality you were paying for.
The ladies section isn’t really my style, so I didn’t end up picking anything up. However, for those who are into this look, the ladies section was very well organized and easy to sort through.

Ahh… J. Crew… one of my favorite places to shop. If you can imagine the biggest grin on my face as we pulled up to the outlets. Bam! J. Crew is in the middle of the outlets, welcoming you with big arms to help boost the economy.
I was a bit disappointed with the selection and price reductions. Normally, factory stores offer an additional % off of the listed or already discounted price throughout the store (not just sales items). This store didn’t offer that. Still, there were great sales. 50% off yoga apparel and 40% off sales items.
Don’t forget to bring your student ID for an additional 15% off!
