I’m sorry, but we just stopped in to order three sandwiches and I was happy to see no one there so I thought it would go fairly quickly. The girl working was busy doing something in the back and didn’t greet me. Then said she would be with me in a minute. Then she came over with a printed receipt of a phone order and started making a sandwich. I asked if she could make ours first since we were waiting in the store and the other must have been a pick up for later. She said«no, this one came in first». There was another slender girl working in back who didn’t come out to help us. So I had to wait for her to make this sandwich before she took our order. That took way too long considering the circumstances and I thought the owner should know that this employee needs some basic training.

Wow!!! Everything was actually really tasty and fresh today. Was working in the area today; read the reviews and was skeptical. Had no choice as could not venture far, so went in for a cold cut combo and meat and veggies were fresh. The young girl did not talk much, but was fast and friendly with a smile. Well, it is only Subway, so not much more to say, but looks like things got better for the neighborhood Subway.

I wanted to have a simple Thanksgiving lunch. I’m not ever prepared for any in between meals. lunch is not my specialty. too much prep! Especially/ironically at major holidays. So, I thought, what can I do that wouldn’t require any effort, as my focus is on the major meal. Subway! I don’t go there often, but love their Meatball Marinera! Anyway, called them up last evening and asked for 2 foot long sandwches, turkey and condiments. Asked them if they cold keep it separate. They did a stellar job! Bread, meat and a great array of condiments, neatly separated! All I needed to do was lay out the bread and meat and uncover the condiments in the perfectly suited, deli style trays… Perfect! Price was unbelievable! If you were to get what we did at a deli counter, would cost you 30.00…Servings for 5 ample! And we have leftovers and condiments… array of peppers, jalapinos, tomatoes, onions, lettuce. Absolutely will do this again! I’m not buying any of the negative reviews. The foods are fresh, clean environment and and staff accommodating.

My least favorite of the Subways in town, but it’s the closest one to my work and if I’m in a hurry, I come here. The staff is the main reason for the low rating. Over the dozen times I’ve visited, they rarely say«hello,» they talk to one another rather than to the customer and they all look they are having a bad/boring day. 50% of the time they are out of apples or they are past their expiration date which goes against the Subway slogan«eat fresh.» The owner should take a spin around the Subway shops downtown and on Jefferson — staffers are much more positive.

I love their sandwiches! I’m addicted! I take a subway every day for my lunch break and I always leave with a satisfied tummy and a happy face. I’m a SUBWAY freak because of them! The attention: I was being cool to a girl that was helping me with the sub, and she thought I was flirting with her, which I hated! She might need more experience with customer service so she doesn’t interpret things wrongly with customers. Since that day, I feel a little uncomfortable coming here(but I still do). Otherwise; SUBWAYROCKS!

Clerks don’t pay much attention, sandwiches are really lacking substance and the workers seem to put the smallest passable amount of toppings. Needless to say, when I leave this subway, I don’t feel full. Go to the one on Imola.

Horrible service and always a million degrees in there. If you go in anytime after eight they are trying to close up so you end up rushed and no chips to choose from. Last few sandwiches wer more salad then meat. I do not recommend this subway

They are always out of bread or toppings, the store is always 90 degrees inside, and the poor girls look over worked and under staffed. Not my go to subway!

My «four stars» for THIS Subway is relative only to the quality of OTHER Subway sandwich shops that I have been to. In my travels around the country, I would conservatively estimate that I have eaten at over 100 different Subways. I am admittedly cheap and also vegetarian. Especially when traveling, I find Subways to be a reasonable choice for a quick cheap meal. Sadly, the quality varies greatly from Subway to Subway. If you are passing through Napa and have a craving for Subway, this is the only Subway here that I can recommend.(There are 5 Subways in Napa.) The crew here is mostly a group of young Hispanic women, and many of them have worked here for years. As such they are experienced and familiar, and this shows in their work. I have found the quality at this Subway to be fairly consistent and the service pleasant.(Not that it’s particularly relevant, but I happen to be an old white guy.) I consider this Subway at the corner of Lincoln and Soscol to be «above average».

Look, its a Subway. The food is standard Subway fare/quality, which after living in Philadelphia for 3 years where there is always a WaWa within walking distance, is dissapointing(oh WaWa… I miss you so much) However, I work in this little area of downtown, and Subway is the only place in walking distance where you can get a meal for $ 5 that’s not fried. So, needless to say, I’ve looked past the negatives and eaten there a number of times a week for the last 3 weeks. I noticed that a number of the reviews from here were a couple years old, so even though I’m sure the world doesn’t need another review of a subway, I thought some observations might be helpful: a) I’ve never had a problem with them being out of anything. b) Avoid the thinner middle aged lady who works there. Nothing personal, she just doesn’t put as much in your sandwich as the other workers do. I constantly pull the«oh, I’m still thinking…» trick if she asks to take my order, and wait until someone different asks me. ;D

Subway touts itself as the healthy destination. it’s the way Jared lost weight, but probably because they weren’t carrying his favorite sammies(!!!) I’ve gone to this one several times, and was disappointed each time. I wanted to try the Italian herb&cheese bread, and THEYNEVERHADIT. Not even at the West Imola location. My former coworkers had the same experience. Why bother advertising something you don’t have? And I wasn’t even coming for the lunch or dinner rushes. The cashiers are consistently rude. I avoid it all costs.

I found the quality of the food to be just fine and the temp acceptable as well, however the employees are total morons and have the total inability to use Subway gift cards. They eye them like you’re handing them Canadian money then attempt to use them and act like they’re something foreign. Don’t get me started on using a partial card(such as one with a buck left). Avoid it and go to Brown’s Valley Market or any other deli for that matter.

I have to agree with the other review. There is something a little funky with this Subway. I only go here because I refuse to deal with Walmart and it’s convenient. I think a requirement to work here is that you must be consistently pissed off. Service with a smile is definitely not the motto here. On the positive side they do have strawberry Fanta. My Favorite!

This gets one star simply because it’s a Subway and I love Subway. But this particular Subway is the Subway from hell. The owner keeps the place at 85 degrees and all the toppings are always old/rotten. There’s a new Subway inside the Walmart across the street. Avoid this Subway(the one next to Kinkos) at all costs.
