Terrible customer service. Literally 5 employees and 3 customers. 2 talking about their vacation. I visited other stores prior to this. J crew and ann Taylor and loft. They acknowledge me as soon as I walked in and asked I needed help. This place nothing. 10 minutes and nothing. No if I need help no. If I needed a changing room. Went to oak brook instead. That place was packed and a employee helped my daughter and I pick out a dress.

Not a bad store, great location. I only shopped here instead of the outlet because I had a gift card; usually I can’t afford to shop at the full priced locations(of pretty much anywhere) in downtown Naperville. At any rate, the service was excellent and I got some pretty great threads.

I had a wonderful experience at BR this morning. This was my 1st time in the Naperville store and they didn’t disappoint. I already love Banana’s clothes, so I knew what to expect in that aspect, but the service was wonderful. Everyone employee I saw greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. Everyone was very helpful, genuine, and not annoying. I’m very satisfied!

I am so glad Naperville is getting cool new stores. Now. if only they would staff them. We walked in to the store and there was only one associate on the floor who did not even say Hello. She was behind the register stand(not waiting on a customer) and never even acknowledged us. Wow. So we went down the street to J Crew where we found a great Fathers day gift.
