My overall reaction to the whole photobooth experience with this vendor was that I was completely appalled… it started out when I sent in the rest of the payment for the booth and got a phone call asking what the payment was for again. It did not stop there. The phoobooth itself was simply an outside shade tent with what appeared to be shower curtains and climbing caribiners. It was an eye sore to be sure. Next, there were several mechanical problems with the booth, but the attendant could not be bothered to stop texting and sitting down on her cell phone to attend to those concerns. The actual fourth time I went up to ask her about fixing thr booth she said I am not sure about any of the technology stuff my boss knows about that. My response was then, get him here. The booth was broken for the last two hours of the evening. I actually called the vendor to tell him of my unhappiness and he said he was going to contact the attendant and talk to her… I never heard from him again. Unprofessional and poor quality, rip-off and unsatisfied customer. This sums up my experience with Brothers of blues, or alpha sounds, base productions, or James Martin.
