Let me start by saying the waiting room is a circus and one of the receptionists thinks it is okay to call people«honey» or «Sweetie». Not acceptable professional behavior. Also, I had a difficult time finding the right building and ended up coming in through the rear door. I tried to figure out a better way to get here when I was exiting, but to no avail. So you are on your own for that. I did not mind that I had to briefly wait to be called back. The nurse? who took me back was very kind and when she was finished, the wait for the doctor was not long at all. Dr. Andrew Kim was kind, patient, answered all my questions and could not have been more reassuring. He took as much time as necessary and at no time did I feel he was rushing to see his next patient. If you are in need of an orthopedic surgeon, this is the man. He specializes in joint replacement. I was able to get an appointment within a week, not bad for a new patient. Exam rooms were clean and spacious.
