I was a little apprehensive to try Juicy-O because of the mediocre reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and the service was great. They also give you donut holes as an appetizer, which my son happily devoured! They were fresh and tasty:)

I was excited to try a new breakfast spot and it was New Year’s Day so I was just itching for a good breakfast. It was getting closer to 3 so we decided to order to go. I called and placed our orders and the woman on the phone repeated the order back 3 times. I wanted the corn beef hash Benedict with feta cheese. She asked«on the Benedict?» I repeated ‘yes’ for a second time. She asked if I needed any drinks and I said — «yes 2 apple juice.» She said okay well it’s 2.99 a piece and I said that’s fine. About 20 minutes later when I arrived to pick up the Togo I stood there while the employees ignored me. The woman that took my order finally stopped talking to a table and gave me my order. As we were already 10 minutes down the road I realized that there was no feta cheese on my Benedict and that I only had one apple juice not two. I will not be back.

I write this after eating breakfast at this location probably a dozen times over the past 4 years or so. You’re pulled in with the fresh donuts, and I will say an imaginative menu-unique items with a bit of a southern/Cajun hint. They just fall flat in a number of ways, and as a whole, it’s just plain overrated. It’s expensive for a breakfast place-$ 4.99 for 3 slices of thick bacon… rarely cooked evenly. Also, $ 2.99 for a glass(probably 12 ounces) of chocolate milk and the same amount for cranberry, grapefruit and other non-fresh squeezed juices. They fresh squeeze their orange juice and it’s at least that expensive, if not more. Service is also less than stellar-we seem to get the same person every time, and it’s always something-takes a long time to come to the table, forgets to bring things for minutes at a time, and takes time to get the check. Food is often overcooked and dry-pancakes, waffles in particular, and hash browns are undercooked-not much brown to them. There are a number of better options in northern or downtown Naperville, but this side of town lacks for sit down breakfast, thus the long run.

Food is 7⁄10. Service is also fairly quick but it is more expensive than Egg Harbor! Maybe will go back in the future

Food is decent, but triple check your order, every time, before they make it !! For instance, we ordered a mushroom and swiss omelette, waitress wrote down ham and swiss omelette by mistake. We received the wrong omelet, but if we want them to correct it, THEYWOULDCHARGEUSFOR A 2NDOMELETTE. Unbelievable. There are many other more friendly places to eat breakfast in Naperville, with staff that actually gives a damn if you are a happy customer, find one of those.

I went to Juicy-O for breakfast today. I had a groupon so I got a $ 15 meal for $ 7. I had a good experience. The food was tasty and I came home with leftovers. The waitress was slow with the check.

So I will make this short as I can. I will not be returning. The best part of the visit was the donuts. We were giving freshly made donuts when we were first seated. I knew for sure this would be a good visit however, it went downhill from there. The waitress seemed irritated that we were asking questions about different things. Maybe because it was 7 in the morning. When our food finally arrived, wow, what a sight. I had never seen eggs so brown before. I didn’t even have cheese in them. Horrible sight. The pancakes were so dry that even after I added more and more butter, it still wasnt good. The«home style potatoes», can you say HORRIBLE. the vegetables in the potatoes were over cooked on top of being ridiculously bland. The egg scramble is a joke especially if you get egg whites. It didn’t look edible. Overall, a bad experience and I don’t need to torture myself again. :( Two stars for hours open and donuts.

Well before we had went there the service was great and the waitresses were so kind. But one day there was this horrible barf smell and it never went away and that is when we decided to not go there anymore.

Each time I go to Juicy-O for breakfast, it keeps getting worse than the time before. Awful experience this morning. The restaurant is a large space with plenty of tables. The cleanliness could be better as there was food and dirt on the floor. The hostess has always been a bit snooty but today her attitude showed me she needs to learn how to treat and interact with customers… this coming from an ex-server. Positives… the complimentary donuts are good and a nice touch, my lemon raspberry crepes were good and plentiful, our waitress Amber was very nice. Negatives… dirty floor, 40-minute wait for food, cappuccino was made incorrectly and had no foam and was all milk, my husband did not get hash browns as requested and the hollandaise sauce on his eggs benedict was watery and tasted like made from a powder mix. The long wait was due a computer issue and there was nothing our waitress could have done to make things move along. Amber even brought out more donuts for the long wait and was apologetic. The hostess, however, had such a «tude.» When I was looking around for our server, the hostess came over and sarcastically said«what do you want, I’m right here» … not is there something you need or can I help you with a pleasant attitude. Then upon checkout when we mentioned about the long wait, she said«can I give you 10% off for your inconvenience?» I thought that was a nice gesture … until she added, «yeah, no one turns that down» with her sarcastic attitude shining through when we took her up on the offer. I don’t think I will be back. For a Sunday morning which usually is a very busy day for breakfast restaurants, there was no one waiting and open tables. Mmmm… thinking that’s a huge sign. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to Jam & Jelly which also gives complimentary donuts and provides a cleaner establishment and pleasant staff. Juicy-O is a big NO.

Highly recommend! Food was fast, service was excellent and the food was great! Good amount of food for the price paid and my coffee mug never dipped below half full. And the mini donuts were the perfect beginning to the meal! I would go again and advise any friends to go.

Awesome breakfast — huge portions! Just finished breakfast. The mini donuts to start with was a fun treat. I had the healthy scrambler. Healthy and delicious. My husband had the Ham and Cheese omelet. Large and yummy. Coffee was good. Our friend had the spinach, bacon and tomato frittata. Nice presentation. Very tasty. A definite must for our next visit.

I love it here! Their menu is huge. Breakfast is good. They give free donuts during breakfast hours. What’s not to like? During my most recent visit, I ordered the mozzarella spinach omelette and my friend got the crêpe-o-rama. Both were really good and big portions. Their prices are reasonable and I’ve had great service every time I’ve gone. They also have a big dining room, so there’s never a long wait.

Juices This place is a large minders style brunch place. The good. The staff was very attentive and my coffee cup did not even come close to being empty Speaking of coffee there was pretty darn good. The fresh made doughnuts are free at the table. On the wall of fam they even have a signed picture of the old actor that did the, time to make the doughnuts commercials from dd The biscuits from the bng was good and seemed fresh. The bad The sausage pAtties were meh the were also placed on top of the biscuit so the blocked the gravy absorbsion The gravy itself was also meh The eggs were slightly overlooked as well on an over easy this makes a difference. Overall it was a nice place that I think I just got the wrong stuff. Pass in the bng if you have had real souther style.

I have lived in Naperville for almost seven years and have never been treated so poorly… I was there for 40 minutes and no customer service at all… I felt like I was in Mississippi in 1960… I will never go back…

Donuts are great! I had the San Antonio quesadilla which was just alright. The home fries were not quite crispy enough. Service was pleasant!

Tried juicy-o for the first time with high expectations. For starters the free donuts were cold and the skillet was disgusting and greasy. Very unimpressed with this place, probably will not return.

Juicy-O? Ha! More like Potato-O. Everything we had here was smothered in potatoes. Even the silverware came to us dirty, smudged with what? You guessed it! Potatoes! If you like potatoes check this place out. You’ll have a blast.

Juicy O, a juicy NO. It might not be fair, but I had expectations. The owner of this place is the same guy that owns the Purple Pig and Heaven on Seven. he got his start making breakfast on the seventh floor at 111 N Wabash in Chicago. I love Heaven on Seven, but at Juicy O… The service wasn’t good. From the unfriendly lady at the front to the disinterested waitress, this was an all around poor experience. Service was slow, forgetful and not particularly friendly. The restaurant wasn’t very clean either. I had a combo, three eggs over hard with bacon, pancakes and Jimmy’s potatoes. Everything was fine. The pancakes were pretty good… I didn’t love the texture and was disappointed that they only offer pumpkin pancakes seasonally. My eggs were cooked appropriately and their bacon is pretty good. I really liked Jimmy’s potatoes, if not for the service and condition of the area around us, I would have given more stars because of the potatoes. Lisa had a the same plate, but with two scrambled eggs. Her experience was about the same. Our coffee was served lukewarm, we went long periods with empty cups, and it wasn’t until our last cup that the coffee was piping hot. The donut hole thing is nice, it makes them a little different. Our’s didn’t seem very special, so(for me) it’s not a reason to go there. Everything that is wrong about this place is fixable, it is hard to imagine that we only caught them at a bad time since they had issues from the bottom up(or, is it top down?)

If my mom asks me to go brunch, you best believe Juicy-O is where we’re going. Pretty sure they know my mom by first name by now. You could say we’re kind of a big deal at this joint. Okay, not really… but we’re huge fans! I always have a great experience at Juicy-O. It’s got a diner feel to it but in my opinion, a bit nicer. This restaurant gets super busy on the weekends but they’re like a well-oiled machine. Service is on point. My favorite thing about Juicy-O are the free donuts they give you to start. Those little heavenly bites are so good! My usual order is the quiche of the day, which comes with a side of fresh fruit(ya know, to balance out the dish of donuts I eat). I’ve had the sausage biscuits as well, which are delightful. Really, you can’t go wrong on the menu. They have such a variety of breakfast and lunch options, so sometimes I’ll switch it up and get a sandwich. Regardless, I’ve yet to be disappointed. Juicy-O’s food is nothing super fancy, but it’s delicious nonetheless. The genuine and friendly staff makes it a pleasure to keep coming back!
