From the office staff to the dentist… not impressed. Could accept digital images from previous dentist but after one visit I never wanted to return. When requesting records to be transferred all the sudden they don’t transfer digitally. Dentist was rough and not very accommodating. Hygienist was nice but the only decent experience with this office. I cannot recommend this dentist.

Dr. Pickett and his staff are great. I’ve been going to them for years, even after I moved to Chicago. The office is large, modern, clean and always bustling with patients, a good sign. Everyone is very personable and dental care is professional and as pain-​free as it can be. Their scheduling system is excellent; you get email and text reminders of appointments and even a printed sticker when you leave for your regular cleaning appointments 6 months out.

Great dentist. Painless, professional, office staff is super nice and have been there for a long time. no turnover in staff… that says a lot. Perfectionist and the best dentist ever.

Great dentist and office staff as well. Got me in quickly when I was having an issue and took great care of me (had to get a crown, ugh).
About as good an experience as can be had, in those circumstances.
