Well I am on week 3 at Orangetheory and LOVEIT!!! I have been to gyms and even have hired a personal trainer in the past but have never felt as good as I do after leaving here. The energy and the trainers are very motivating and energetic. Workouts are split between cardio and resistance training. Cardio is a mix of rowing and treadmill. Resistance training is split between 3 – 5 blocks of varying time. Each block has different exercises that you keep doing until time runs out. You have a short break and then you begin the next block. Each section switches about half way through the workout so cardio and strength are covered in each workout. Overall, these workouts are challenging and I am wiped after each workout. Members range from young(high school) to right around 50 years of age. Fitness levels are very mixed with the members. The trainers do spend time correcting form and will help you if you have questions. Currently I am going 5x a week and have never did the same work out twice. If your looking for something that will motivate you and give you a intense 1 hour workout I would def recommend. I will never go back to a ordinary gym again after trying OTF.

This place is amazing! The front staff is so nice and friendly! Everyone knows every everyones name when they walk in the door! The work outs its self are something that are simply amazing!!!
