I was a first time home buyer and came across Prospect Mortgage and Jarrod Greer and glad I did. He and his staffhave been execptional to work with. Not only did they answer my 100 questions but coached me along the way. They were very informative and great to work with. I would advise anyone to give them a call if they are thinking about purchasing.

Melissa Kane is the best! This is a person who really understands customer service. She’s proactive, attentive, and looking out for her customer’s needs. She’s also friendly, personable, and pretty darn funny. She makes the task of refinancing as pleasant as it can be. Great service and the bottom line is I got a fantastic rate. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I was seeking a FHA 203K, and fell upon Prospect’s website. I put in a request for more information, and was greeted by a nice fellow by the name of Jarrod Greer. I gave him all of the info needed to get my application started and after that he has yet to call me and it has been over a week now. I called him 3 – 4 times left two messages, sent him emails, nothing. He is extremely unprofessional and I do not recommend this broker. There are other mortgage brokers who will lead you to where you need to be, and if you don’t qualify will tell you, not avoid you. Not worth your business.
